Here's the deal. There are two completed Gossip Girl episodes remaining and that will probably be it for the season unless the ongoing Writers Guild of America strike is resolved, which looks increasingly unlikely. The two un-aired episodes will be shown January 3 and January 10.
This Gossip Girl spoiler pertains to the second of the two episodes. We can't vouch for its authenticity, but we came across this rumor:
"A Thin Line Between Chuck and Nate"
Serena is seen purchasing a pregnancy test, and this information gets reported on Gossip Girl's Website before the facts are all checked.
Wow. If this is indeed the end of the first season of Gossip Girl, it may be quite the cliffhanger that's in store for us in a few weeks.

They've been accurate with all of their spoilers so far so we'll see.
I personally think she was buying the test for Blair but that's just me. *wink*

yeah, not all the episodes are completely like the books... they are just loosely "based on the books" and i think that it will just be a pregnancy scare, for whomever it turns out to be for.

OMG. It must be Blair! So we'll see how Chuck reacts. Will all the love he used to show for her go far far away?... I'm thinking HE MIGHT DO THAT. hopefully ont, but although C's been really sweet and vulnerable lately, I think thet all that love will disappear now that Blair had sex with N too.I don't know, but I hope it's blair who is pregnant, for the mix up between N and C.

I really think Blair would be like "Serena, can you buy it for me?" with that puppy-dog-eye stare, and Serena woill fall to that, and be seen buying it. Because Gossip Girl needs a "Who's baby is it?" Scandal with Blair, Nate and Chuck.

It must be Blair who thinks that she's pregnant.
The episode-title is hinting that way: the small line refers to the
line on the pregnancytest. I look forward to the scandal, it's gonne be great :D
