Gossip Girl star Blake Lively was spotted at the Armani Exchange store in New York City Friday night with her pet pooch and some friends.

Last week, Blake was reportedly seen having lunch with co-star Penn Badgley in San Fernando Valley, Calif. More than friends, perhaps?
