Is it hot in here, or is it just... Blake Lively! The Gossip Girl star was looking terrific in a yellow dress, perfecting her Laura Ashley / Scarlett O'Hara look, shooting scenes in New York City on Wednesday afternoon.
We love Blake Lively's character, Serena van der Woodsen, because of her personality - but her terrific sense of style doesn't hurt either!
