Spotted in NYC .... in real life: Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester checking out her fellow cast member Ed Westwick's band, The Filthy Youth, which was performing at the Annex on Manhattan's Lower East Side. How cool!

Earlier in the day, the actress brunched at hipster favorite Freemans along with another Gossip Girl co-star, Dreama Walker, and two other friends. Later, they did some shopping at Lolli by Reincarnation Boutique.
