While the Gossip Girl stars don't admit they're dating, Penn Badgley told People regarding Blake Lively, "I think she's incredible. She's an amazing person and she's beautiful - so there's not a lot to dislike."

These two are absolutely ADORABLE together on the set and off. If they are not dating, they should be because they look perfect for each other.
