Jessica Szohr was spotted at the Target and Converse One Star Collection Movie Awards after party in West Hollywood Sunday.

At the party, the 23-year-old Gossip Girl actress got on stage with Rumer Willis and danced to M.I.A., singing "Paper Planes."
