Blake Lively says she's no Paris Hilton. Thank goodness.

"I once heard someone say that I'm similar to Paris Hilton - since I have a dog and blonde hair, that must mean we're alike," Lively tells Seventeen in its new August issue, to be released July 8. "It's a dumb thing to say. I dont think that makes Paris and me similar ... I don't go to clubs, I don't party, I don't dance on tables, and I don't like sex tapes."

Amen. And unlike her Gossip Girl alter ego Serena, Blake Lively's real life relationship with co-star Penn Badgley is remarkably scandal free.

"Penn does these silly dance moves, and he's very witty and quick, so it's fun to have sharp banter with him," she says.

Asked how they fell for each other, Blake Lively replied:

"When you're saying these words that people are making you say to one another, nothing about it is real or genuine. So if two people connect outside their characters, then that's how they get together."

Gossip Girl actress Leighton Meester is the August 2008 cover girl for Lucky Magazine, which hits newsstands on July 8.

In turn, Gossip Girl Insider and fans everywhere are lucky to see this beautiful young star on the publication's cover...

According to Leighton, she’s in a pretty happy spot in her life these days.

Meester shares with a smile, “I know it’s corny to say... but I love my life right now. The fashion alone is pretty unbelievable.”

We're not surprised. Amen to that, LM.

Our recent post featuring Penn Badgley and Blake Lively in a sexy beach embrace sparked some debate. Will Dan and Serena will get back together on Gossip Girl, or was this just the real-life couple making out?

Well, it certainly can't hurt if the actors' hearts are really into it. A source on the scene confirms to E! Online this afternoon that "I'm pretty sure that's for the show. They do kiss in the first episode."

The only dark clould potentially hovering over this sizzling beach scene? The same Gossip Girl spoiler source reports that the Dan-Serena reunion might not last too long. So enjoy it while you can.

On the plus side, the source reports "The Hamptons episodes look amazing." That's right, episodes, plural. Turns out, the Gossip Girl gang will be in the Hamptons in the first two episodes of Season 2!

At least as of this posting, we've heard of no plans to have any new Gossip Girl characters come out of the closet this fall.

Sources report that Eric van der Woodsen (Connor Paolo) will have a love interest or two in the second season of Gossip Girl.

Eric should be it for same-sex love, though if the book series is any indication, Gossip Girl could get even more gay with each season.

According to cast member Penn Badgley: "By the end of the series, I think they got so bored writing the same things for 12 years, they were like, 'Let's just make 'em all gay.' Chuck ends up gay and has a monkey on his shoulder that dresses in similar outfits."

Penn is just kidding... we think.

A reader sent Gossip Girl Insider an email recently, with this request: "Can you please post more news and photos of Matthew Settle and Kelly Rutherford? They're the only reasons I watch the show."

Matthew Settle and Kelly Rutherford have great chemistry.

We are not sure how these can be the only reasons to watch Gossip Girl - have you seen Penn Badgley? - but we agree, Matthew (Rufus) and Kelly (Lily) are too often overlooked by fans and our site alike!

When it comes to men, fashion, role models and more, the foursome had a lot to say and spilled plenty of it to the magazine.

As for Blake's clothing obsessions, she says "Jimmy Choo and Chanel. I can't stand it: the security guards know me there."

Regarding relationships, Blake Lively, who we all know is seeing Gossip Girl co-star Penn Badgley, joked, "I'm dating Brad Pitt."

Ever down-to-earth, when asked when she had her first quote-unquote Hollywood moment, the Californian joked, "I hope not ever!"
