It's hard to say if this look would help or hurt her character's chances in our Serena vs. Blair face-off, but Gossip Girl Blake Lively showed off a wild up-do and poofed-out green dress yesterday.
Blake and the rest of the Gossip Girl cast were filming episodes for the show's second season, which begins airing on September 1.

The hair does no favours for blake what so ever, I don't understand what exactly is going on, they're filiming in china town, not exactly glamourouse, and IMHO, that dress just screams st. patricks day
