Gossip Girl’s Kelly Rutherford glowed in a floral frock by Dior Wednesday at cocktail party held at the Empire Hotel Rooftop in New York City.
Dior Beauty was celebrating brand ambassador and model-socialite Tinsley Mortimer’s cameo on the Season Two premiere of Gossip Girl.

OMG..kelly rutherford looks amazing..I think she is soo classy and well-deserved to play an upper-east sider.I love her dress and I think she'll look good in anyhting she wears ^^

i love their character. rufus and lily are the only reason why i watch Gossip Girl. i so love them.
