Well, the Gossip Girl sweetheart hit up Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week at 37 Arts on Monday in New York City sporting an entirely new hairdo.

I love it. She's 15.... let her do what she wants with her hair. It's edgy, new, and of course people are going to judge her, but if she likes it back off. So it's not the "sweet and innocent Jenny Humphrey" look. Maybe that's because she's REALLY Taylor Momsen. Case and Point.
