Blair Waldorf, as everyone knows, is a very serious and busy person. Her outfits are always perfect for the occasions, and thoroughly planned, just like her war strategies.

I loved Serena's jacket and bag. The boots aren't bad either. I liked Blair's outfit too, but i just love how Serena made her outfit stand out. it's so simple but fashionable:D

Yea i thought the Tolani scarves were not cool enough for Leighton but checked them out at
