Gossip Girl Season Two: Extended!
Gossip Girl's ratings aren't the only thing growing this season. The CW has ordered two additional episodes of the show, extending Season 2 to 24 total!
The move comes as the gap between Gossip Girl's hype and relatively modest ratings has narrowed. The teen soap is up double digits over last season.
We've seen six episodes in Season 2 so far, most recently last night's all new "New Haven Can Wait." Next week, it's the much-anticipated "Chuck in Real Life."

La time said Gossip Girl will end this season with only 13 completed episodes.. it's because of tis strike thing.

Ive read some websites that people are going on strike for episode 8... because they dont want Aaron Rose to be in the way for Dan Humprey. I dont know how true is the strike going to be, but it is from 4-5 blogspot and etc. Episode 8 will be the first appearance for John Patrick as Aaron Rose! The idea of serena and Dan is beautiful tho, but I dont know... I think, in the end or by the end of the season, they will get back together. THEY BETTER BE! what do u guys think about this strike over episode 8?

I don't think that the season will end because the ratings ARE great. I think that if producers have to veer away from the story line, they will. It's all about the $$$ my peeps.

gossip girl isn't ending this season, we will have atleast one more season because on an interview with Ed Westwick on october 28th he has a contract for another 2 seasons! I'm loving season 2 so far and don't know what I'll do Monday nights without gorgeous chair!!! Xxx

yes, what would we do without Chair. I hope they have AT LEAST another couple seasons. There is a lot you can do with the characters and storylines. GG is a such a delicious pleasure to watch.
