Sorry but no one, celebrity or not has the right to tell me, or "make a suggestion" of who I should vote for! It's sad but some people will be swayed by their favorite celebrity instead of deciding for themselves. To all those bashing republicans, maybe you should do some more research yourself. George Bush isn't running the country by his self! In fact the democrats have held majority in the house for the past 2 years! We're in this crisis due to BOTH parties you can't blame just one. Dig a little deeper than just listening to the 30 second ads that flash on your screen bashing McCain and his plan.

  2. Shauntel Says:

Well, its no surprise coming from Moveon.org - which is a very liberal organization to have celebrities endorse Obama. I agree with most who say: don't mix my politics with GG. The first commercial was great. Inspirational even, but I watch TV to get away from the rat race, not get thrown back into it.

BTW, Obama had my vote until he said he wanted to raise taxes in order to "spread the wealth around." Whoa man. Way to loose all pretense of being proponent of capitalism. Back to GG.

  3. Tiffani Says:

The second video is a prodigy of Sarah Silverman's 'Great Schlep'. While yes, these are their opinions on how they will vote, it was also meant to be funny. Don't get offended by it. We all have our opinions. Just because they are famous, we tend to forget that they are people just like us. They are entitled to say wan they want. It's that the beauty of America? We get freedoms that some countries don't have and free speech is one of them.

  4. Angela Says:

Ok everyone who is getting so worked up over this video, needs to chill out. See this is exaclty what Americans do all the time, they get so offended by the stupidest things you guys need to loosen up. Americans get worked up over issues that they should not get worked up over and not the ones that they acutally should care about. soo typical... I totally agree with the second video 100% penn and blake are right. This is just a funny video and you all are creating such drama especially you theresa, i bet you are a republican because republicans are always so freaking conservative and uptight. GO OBAMA!!!!! and everyone just chill and loosen up a bit.

  5. Ames Says:

Isn't Ed British? why is he voting? :D

  6. Sanne Says:

Aww I love that first video. It's so cute.. really makes you want to vote. I'm not an American myself but in America, voting is so important! You have the chance to pick the leader not only of your own country, but also the biggest leader in the world.

I am an Obama-supporter myself, and I would vote for him if I lived in America. Maybe the second video is a little bit harsh on republicans but as celebrities, they defenitely have the right to tell who they would like you to vote for.

  7. kiri Says:

I'm Canadian and so impartial to who wins these elections but I think these are just a commercialisation of the voting process. Things like ...Ed Westwick is only a US resident and cannot vote ...wy bring him in but to swing his fans? It's like a commercial for a food that nobody eats going "hm...yummy!" : false and hypocritical!!!
