Gossip Girl Spoiler: No More Nate and Jenny?
Michael Ausiello of EW has this mini-Gossip Girl spoiler in his Q&A today ...
Q: I love Nate and Jenny on Gossip Girl. They are amazing together. Any news about what's ahead for them?
A: Amazing together? Are we watching the same show? I haven't been that turned off by two actors kissing since Christopher Atkins planted a sloppy one on Linda Gray almost two decades ago on Dallas. Thankfully, a Gossip Girl insider assures me that Jate, Nenny - whatever the hell the kids are calling Nate and Jenny - will be euthanized faster than you can say "statutory rape."

yep, i think they look pretty good togather. they're interesting as a couple. forget the age differnce between the actors, the characters nate and jenny make a really nice couple.

THANK GODDDD!!!!!!! nate and jenny suck. and so do nate and vanessa. nate, if he wasnt so hot, would be my least favorite character(excluding vanessa because she is just...ew) because all he does is whine and hook up with any girl who gives him attention. i like him better in the books hes much less "complex?" and very transparent.

Gah, Jenny's new hair-I still am not used to it and the make up to-looks awful. I miss the days when she was innocent and Agnes-free and teasing the crap of Chuck. As for Nate, find someone and don't go with their best friend or their best friend's friend or anyone. Nate is totally hot, he just needs to settle down. He's making his reputation as a man-whore.

YAY! so happy I don't have to endure any more awkward kisses between the two...it was like watching a brother and sister kiss: nasty!
Imo the writers really should explore N and S; give me break, he thought he was in love with Serena in season 1...how does something like that just disappear? There was never any closure.

I love nate and jenny together. He's so protective over her and she really likes him and it seems like he would be good for her and she for him. I think he would actually settle down with her. And for christ's sake, in the show there is only a two year difference. It's not something that's uncommon.
And nate and serena would never work. They already feel bad enough for what happened before serena left and they're better off as friends. It would ruin them if they got together. It's probably make serena want to leave again.

I'm not too fond of any Nate pairing, probably because he hooks up with everyone lately but I think they're bringing back NV especially for next week. I don't like Nate or Vanessa much but together, I'm able to like them

After weeks of analyzing WHY, in the name of the Lord, Jenny and Nate got together, I was able to conclude that Nate is just feeling lonely. I mean, his father is in Dominica and her mother is... Well, we don't where she is but she doesn't act as a parent. She left her soon and doesn't care about him so much because she is more concerned about what the society would say if the knew they are so broke, so Nate is just looking for love! Love from ANY WOMAN! Since his own mother is just so vain and cold.
As for Jenny... Well, she has always felt something for Nate and when that crush moves into your house, you are single, he is single and your dad and big brother loves him, you are just in heaven. Besides, I think that J also does it because she has always wanted to have what Blair had so if you have Nate, you are more Blair... And also Jenny a designer? AT 16? Who is she? I mean, come on, she needs to learn more and she has to learn the fact that she is too young to be that. Maybe she needs to have more interships but launching your own line, thats ridiculous

well, nate and jenny go out for a couple months in the books, so maybe they were trying to follow that a little bit. but they didnt have chemistry in the books, and they certainly dont have it on the show. glad it's over.

The N/J relationship kinda freaked me out...Not because of the age diffrence,there actors playing charactors with less than 2years between them,no big. I just felt like I was watching someone kiss there little sister *shudder* It all felt a bit to forced to me and I think the producers thought so too.

Nate and Jenny in the books dont last very long, i didn't think it was a couple months tho. Maybe a month top. And J was stalkerish and creepy in the books when she was with N. Im just glad there going to be over!
And I agree Riley there was never any closure bewteen N&S. he was confessing his love and stuff and then all of a sudden its gone away? They never mentioned it again

I really hate Nat and Jenny together. I am actually bothered by how many girls Nate has been with on the show. Who is next? Lily?!
The only thing that kept me going through that Nate Jenny stuff was the kickass soundtrack. Josh Schwartz really knows what he is doing. Have any of you heard the new soundtrack yet? It has Phantom Planet on it! Love them!

Exactly, SK. It's like the writers fell so much in love with Dan and Serena that they completely forgot about that plot. They just hoisted all the BORING family issues on Nate and his character has been lost since.
