Penn in his interview on CW11 in Nov 08 said a get back together is on the horizon...
My thoughts...it would be after the ball when they realize that they do still have feelings for each other and do not want to end up like their parents and wait 20 years...
In addition, S will realize she loves D and realizes how much after standing up for him during Bart's funeral...and D does too.

GOOD! I hated them towards the end of them being together, but after they broke up it just made me realize that Serena and Dan are SO MUCH BETTER together than not.
They are mean to be....just like CHUCK AND BLAIR.
