yep, it's definitely nate at 00:10. perhaps jack is trying to get some secret about chuck and blair from him, either that or is trying to turn nate against chuck and for jack. esp since nate is poor, needs the money, was betrayed by chuck (sleeping w/ blair) and has been gone forever. also "jack" was "quinn" from showtime's dexter!

Im thinking either Jack wants to make it look like they slept together and make sure Chuck walks in or he actually wants to sleep with her and then tells Chuck. Of course Blair would be blackmailed into it.

Personally, I think that this promo is just trying to mislead us. They always do.
But do I think Jack and Blair had sex? Well... Maybe. But I kind of doubt that Blair would be like
"Chuck, I love you! So, now I'm going to do your uncle.
However, I just can't think of a secret big enough that Blair wouldn't want Chuck to know. I really don't think it's the bulimia thing, I mean get real. At a time like this, would Chuck even care??!!
Anyways, I think it's Chuck handing off the flowers cause who ever it is, is wearing a blue shirt and tan over coat. (Just like he was wearing in the promo!!!!)
This is what i think! but its probably completely wrong. so jack tried to come on to blair on new years. but blair wont tell chuck because jack is the only family he has. jack twists the truth to chuck to get to him about bass industries and he knows blair wont tell chuck what really happened. chuck goes and asks blair. but blair really did tell him what happened. chuck is soo mad he goes to kick jack bass' ass, but blair doesnt want him to make a scene so she tries to stop him (thats the scene were hes storming out of the building with blair chasing after him) chuck gets nate to go with him to talk to jack (thats probably at 0:10 with nate and chuck asking jack what the hell was he doing!) and nate is pissed at jack for everything hes doing so he pushes him while someone else punches him -maybe dan with chuck behind him?? (scene in promo at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j4XOis7516c at 0:12) chuck realizes that he loves blair too so he brings her the flowers and tells her. then they plan to have a romantic evening ( the scene where blair is turning down the lights)
I REALLY HOPE THIS HAPPENS BCUZ ITS A LOT HAPPIER THAN WHAT THEY IMPLY!!!!
(o and the scene with chuck in the limo with that girl is probably in the beginning of the episode when hes still kind of unstable)

Whatever happened on New Years, is not that Blair and Jack slept together, they would not shove it in our faces in a promo like that.
If that was what happened, what would be the point in watching? We'd already know. The reason all of us will watch it is because we know they will prove our theories wrong somehow, like they always do.
Whatever did happen New years, Bulimia, a kiss, whatever Jack is going to make it sound 10 times worse to Chuck.
So that the Bass industries stuff get's screwed up and the board have to let Jack take it over.
Blair wouldn't hurt Chuck like that, I feel like she's in way deeper with Chuck than she was with Nate.
Blair looks shocked at the end, but I reckon it's not because of something bad, more shock at Chuck standing behind that door, with flowers.
And maybe an 'I love you'.

you can totally tell it is chuck giving her those flowers.
the tan coat he put on earlier over his black shirt and suite can be visible for like 1.15 sec at the end of the promo. It is totally chuck.
my guess is that chuck accused her of something with jack and he found out it was false, so he came to her with flowers.

It’s actually Chuck in the limo with some random bimbo, probably the character Kate French will be playing in the guest stint. Supposedly, she’s some nanny that Jack Bass enlists to “bury” Chuck.

I think Chuck doesnt want to be CEO so he tries to mess it up by being seen in his office with the girls, that is why he has a forced innocent look
then he probabally apoligises to Blair and brings her flowers. Then Blair wants him to be CEO so Jack tells Chuck he slept with Blair. Blair then has to lie so her secret is not revealed . So they wont be together at the end of the eppy. The candel scene is probably Jack making it look like him and Blair slept together and making sure Chcuk walks in on it. - Just a

Based on other spoilers where it says Chuck allows Jack to become his legal guardian, I wonder if Jack will actually use Chuck's weakness for Blair against him.
For example he tells Chuck what his plans are with Blair, and says it can be avoided if he allows him to become his guardian (or maybe even the CEO of the company he inherited).

In the last episode when Blair was able to get him to come down from the ledge on the rooftop he immediately was hugging her and saying "I'm sorry." Jack was eyeing them strangely at the time.
Even if it's not Chuck he tries to manipulate, he also knows how much Blair cares about Chuck because of her keeping in touch with Jack to see how Chuck was, see him when he came back, help him get things cleared up at school, etc.
