You knows what'll happen! In the end it is always going to be serena, blair, nate, dan, and chuck, jenny, and vanessa. Maybe this guy won't be here for very long. And dan and serena are boring me! They need a new scandalous plot line. Why does Blair and chuck always get the bad spells. There needs to be more good Chair scenes and bad heartbreaking Derena scenes to keep the show alive!
I love Derena but they need more tearful moments just like Chair has!

I agree with Jolie... it's an interesting audition... obviously not the actual flesh, blood and bones Gabriel... He's attractive
I rather see someone unexpected than someone expected... I prefer adventurous to assuming

This guy could be interesting, and he beats the hell out of that loser Aaron Rose. Dan is and always has been a colossal bore (plus he's unattractive physically). Let's let Dan, Rufus, Lily and Vanessa get run over by a bus and bring in some fresh, interesting new blood.

I think the character is Spanish, or is pretending to be. Spain has a King, and Marquesa is a Spanish title (I don't think Spain grants titles any more, but it's a joke anyway).

needless to say, he's much more interesting than the typical cliche... I can see where he could take it, create suspense, excitement and stir things around, which he's obviously already doing... I like it!

Hi!
I'm sorry , maybe I missed something, but how is it possible that this dialogue is referred to Blair when Gabriel says " You could meet the King. I could have him find a title for you. Marchesa. Marchesa Serena". It seems pretty obvious to me that he is speaking to Serena. Did everyone recognise the accent? "marchesa" is an Italian word (marchioness), but maybe he is saying Marquise (in French)? Surely his accent does not seem Italian to me... and believe me, I know (whish you could hear me speak...)! And a King? There are no places in Europe where you speak Italian or French that still have a King... hhmm, maybe he's from Africa or the Middle East?
Anyway, I don't think either that he is the cause for Dan and Serena breaking up, because in the second clip he he says that he doesn't want her to be with him and she (Serena) answers "he's a friend". So maybe they already split when Serena meets Gabriel? Or do you think the two dialogues are from two different episodes?

He actually reads this part pretty well. Watching people audition is always so awkward.
I'm excited for this, Dan needs to see what he's going to miss if he blows things with Serena, which he's going to do if he keeps whining like a baby about everything.

the worst thing that could be he says s but those are different scenes probably ds wedding .
It's for Blair because only she would be interested in meeting the king and getting titles.maybe the saying "I love you" in her sleep would have been a reference to Chuck. And perhaps this guy's personality is a lot like C's, seeing as how he's arrogant. The fight where he sees her with another guy might be as late as 24, since they often mix and match epis 4 a long guest arc.G is behind this guy wanting to be with B in the first place.

Ew he's not even hot and his accent is ugly. I usually dig accents, like Ed Westwick's, but that is a gross one.
Serena should just be with Dan or be single for awhile.
And Blair should be with Nate

This is crazy! First off, we need some good CB news. Second, it's time to make Chuck jealous and B with another guy. She has had enough heartache from men and need someone to treat her respectfuly, romance her, let Chuck know that she is not going to wait for his turnaround forever. WTF? There is only so much a girl can take and B needs another love interest for a while. I know, I want CB together as much as anyone but it's time for her to move on for a bit!

This guy probably ends up being a criminal, which would be Serena's connection to Anne Hathaway.
And he's talking to Serena in this clip, not Blair.
