Q: Any new news about the Veronica Mars movie? If not, some Gossip Girl scoop is perfectly acceptable.
A: Gossip Girl scoop it is! Word around the UES is that Serena will soon share something in common with Anne Hathaway. And garnering Oscar buzz ain't it.

I think that would be great if Chuck's mom was alive. He needs a biological guardian right now. Maybe then he can get over this 'issue' of not wanting to give or accept love.

It'd be amazing if his mum was alive, but not for him, I think. Imagine how betrayed you'd feel if your mum suddenly pops up out of the blue, when you thought she'd been dead for years.

Someone else wrote that Anne Hathaway is playing a person with drug problems in a new film. He/she said that he/she thought that was what they meant about the Anne Hathaway thing, and I sadly think it's true:(

I am eager to see what happens with the whole "Chuck's mother is still alive" lead. I think it will just add to Chuck's current mess of a mental state. Just imagine seeing the women you thought you had killed still alive. It's enough to do anyone in.
I am also puzzled with the Anne Hathaway remark. We will jsut have to wait and see.

You're right, danielle, in the pilot chuck talks about his mother like she's alive, i noticed that too.
but, i think that's because the writers only decided to make chuck an orphan after the pilot was shot...
also in the pilot elleonor was played by another actress... so i think they changed some things after the pilot...
anyway, i hope chuck's mun isn't alive, i think that would actually be worst for him, he would feel so betrayed!
plus, i think that storyline would be a little to soap opera...
about serena, maybe she'll try to be a actress like in the books?
