The CW has posted some new photos on its Gossip Girl page, and although it has not assigned them captions indicating that they are for a particular episode, it appears as though some, if not all are from March 16's "The Age of Dissonance."
If it turns out they're not, we'll move them to the appropriate galleries later on, once those episodes' main pages have been created on Gossip Girl Insider.

I hope this is indeed a play they are doing, that would be so fun! I think it would be good for those kids to do something like that for once.

It must be a school play. It's been suggested that the play is The Age of Innocence, based on Edith Wharton's novel. I buy that because it fits in with the episode title and with the costumes.
From the picture with Chuck, Carter, and the nanny (OMG), it seems Carter is involved in whatever is really going on with the supposed sex club.
