I think the 2 reputations is about Dan and Miss. Carr cos Blair and Serena were the one who destoryed the reputations, with Blair starting the rumor then Serena giving the photo to Blair of Dan/Carr.
Now they are gonna destroy someone else and by the promo of 'blairanoid' i think Nelly Yuki is gonna get a big wake up call!!! hopefully :D

ok so my prediction for the next episode is that chuck cant stand the humphereys being in his home, and dan is ignoring serena, so chuck and serena begin to hang out. he probably continues to look for elle with serena's help, and he finds her. then the go back to chuck's hous. he kisses her on his couch (in the bass talk thing he kisses someone on a couch and she isnt blair) then she tells him that she has to go away to like another country. chuck gets sad and begins to think about blair. meanwhile blair and dan are in the school play and neither one is too happy about it. nelly yuki yells at blair only to find out that you dont mess with blair waldorf. EVER. the nelli yuki project is back on. ms carr will continue to meet up with dan in weird places like hallway closets. they plan a romantic dinner but when rufu finds out, he goes instead. he tells her to leave. bye bye ms carr. ok back to chuck. he goes to see blair before the play and finds carter's jacket. he demands dorota to tell him where she is dorota doesnt budge and goes upstairs. meanwhile arter kisses blair but blair freaks out after she hears chuck calling her name from downstairs. dorota appears and suggests that carter leaves. he goes downstairs and is interrogated by chuck and serena. mainly chuck. (thats when carter asks "what is this good cop bass cop?") chuck follows carter outside and asks him more questions. (thats when carters says "shes a bit of a blairanoid freak.") blair goes downstairs looking for chuck but instead finds serena. they go and get ready for the play. thats all i have so far. sorry i just cant take another month without gossip girl! so i just kind of guessed what could happen. haha i knowits really long but i couldnt stop typing. lol

I think serena will find out about dan and ms. carr's relationship and will ask blair to help her get her revenge by telling/ or send a picture of dan and ms. carr making out to gossip girl and gossip girl will send it to all the UES'rs. And Maybe after the UES'rs saw there picture they would be disgusted and that would ruin Dan and Ms. Carr's reputaion. Being ashamed of what happened Ms. Carr had to leave and needs to go far away and forget about what happened.( Bye bye Miss Bitchy Carr.. Wahahaha).

I think the two reputations destroyed is referring to the main girls in the show - Blair and Serena of course! Serena's reputation was destroyed long ago when she ran away to boarding school and came back as the 'good girl' and not the party animal she was back then. Then Blair got her reputation destroyed when everyone found out she slept with Chuck and Nate.
