she makes herself look way older than she needs to. in this weeks US weekly they did a pool with 100new yorker and the avg. age they thought she was, was 22! shes not even 16 yet!

i like the dress, but she needs to tone down the make-up and crazy hair. i liked her softer look. not the childish one at the beg. of season one, but the soft pretty, still mature look she had at the end of season 1--way beg of season 2

Usually I hate Taylor Momsen's clothes, make-up and hair, but I think she looks gorgeous here!

Agree with Sophia. If she just smiled once in a while she would look perfect. She really is adorable, sometimes I dislike her clothing choice or some other choice, but I'd overlook all that if she'd just smile. I love this dress. Very pretty. :)

only taylor momsen can still look gorgeous with that bang-y hannah montanna hair
but otherwise i love the dress, it sooo pretty! and she is pretty too, i just wish she would grow her hair out. but oh well shes only 15 shes probably just having fun with styles

she looks like a young courtney love. She looked nicer before. I bet in the coming seasons we'll see Little J as a rock star.... or she will have a band or something....
