its really okey f they over as of now, bUt i hOpe IN THE END THEY STILL BACK TOGETHER because after all the thiNgs haPpened to thEm...and tHey are my FAVORITE COUPLE..I HOPE IT JUST FOR NOW..i beLieve if there is SERENA there is a Dan..heheh

I think that Serena and Dan should break up for a while and that when they get back together finally in season 3 , let it be for a long time. I hope they wont be breaking up for such stupid reasons. Them having a sibling in common and their parents going out should not be a reason for them not to be together. Serena and Dan are the couple of GG!

Haha, Dan and Blair would just be fun:P We're 100% sure they won't end up together, so it wouldn't mean anything. Imagine all the fun scenes! Of course Chair and Derena are end game, so why not get them together with someone totally unexpected and not the serious relationships?

Dan and Blair is a NO. Its would be like if CV happened. Those relationship should be strictly friends. Noboby wants more third parties for CB anyways. I dont ship NS and DV but I think they are probably the only 2 other pairings on this show that should be explored before going back to DS and possibly NV. I think this show will NEVER have Chuck with Serena, Vanessa, or Jenny and Dan with Blair.

I love D&S together but for now it's good they stay away from eachother for a while. They need to have seperate lives. But I hope it's for a while and not forever. I really, really want they'll end up in the future. I mean; they're made for eachother!
I think it would be a huge mistake when the producers won't bring them back together in the future.

Derena can't be done!! They are like, something you can to look to for an anchor because they are always there!!! I was such a big fan of them!

people are probably gonna kill me for saying this but i don't care about DS anymore, they were cute in season 1 (before Chuck & Blair happened), after that.. i lost interest in their melodramatic relationship.
To be honest, i really want Nate/Serena to have a shot.
but as long as Chuck & Blair are in it for long haul, i do not care. They're the main reason i watch this show now :)

I'm surprised about how many of you support their relationship! I guess most of the GG fans want them together in the end, but that they have to be apart for a while.

I am so happy that Dan and Serena are over. This is like their what? Sixth or Seventh break-up? I want to to break up for good!!!! They are just so annoying together and individually too.

ok, they do need to spend some time with other people, so they can finally cherish each other when they get back together. but MS.CARR???? seriously? how lame is it, that you force yourself on the boyfriend of one of your students? and after a week? popping up in brooklyn, call me rachel, blahblahblah....jeeeeeeeez........she is such a whore!!!!!!!!!!!! although it was quite boring how everything was always a mess around these two, dan was sexy around her, and she was more than a pretty partygirl with him. if somebody is really boring, it is NATE, with his one facial expression. NO NS!!!!!! serena and dan belong together on the long run, when they were apart, there was always this tension whenever they met. they are a couple even when they are not a couple.
and georgina please stay away from dan!!!!!!!!!!!! or this season is really about dan and serena hooking up with basically everybody they meet...

well,i have to says i HAD like Derena,but yeah,for now they shud just split up...i dun wanna get irritated by them on-off realtionship.i bet they will get back together in d future....who knows....but that is sooo not really my concern as long as Chuck and Blair are together!!! yeay!
as for Georgina,well,it's true that she gives a lot of impact during first season and her appearance in second season is something that shud be evil in a fun way to watch.
but her as a regular...ermmm...georgina sparks might gives GG show some sparkling moments with her evilness,but too many georgina...guess GG will lost the sparks.
and everyone who watch the show know that evil belongs to our Queen B and King Basstard.sorry,but there's just room enough for two.

i think they will be done for now... but will be together with time... and i think once they get together in the future, it will be a good on going couple...nothing that is black and white all the time..

i think they should be done for now and they both should date other people for a while with the whole brother thing thats going to happen but they should get backtogether maybe a plot where they are with other people but want to be together who knows but im sure they will come up witha clever way to get them back together in another season

This makes me sad. Dan and Serena were such an amazing couple in season 1. I do want them together, but not while lily and rufus are together. Also, Dan needs to treat S better and not be so judgmental, and Serena needs to not be so SENSITIVE about EVERYTHING!

I have always loved Dan and Serena. Some people say that they're "boring" but wth, they're cute and adorable together. But after the ROLLER COASER RIDE for both of them during this season, I can't help but miss the "Dan-and-Serena" that we saw back in season1. Back in season1, there's drama but it's nothing if compared to the "drama" that they both got during this season. Come on, don't you guys hate the writers for putting ALL the DRAMA on Dan and Serena? Don't you think they've had enough? Georgina, Rufus and Lily, Half-sibling thing, and now, there's Carr. Don't you wish that they deserve a happy ending, somehow?
Given the fact that Dan did a HORRIBLE (with Carr) thing this season, a reconciliation with Serena is not around the corner. But for whatever it's worth, I'm still hoping that for the next seasons, writers will let the characters of Blake and Penn be more mature. And yes, I'm still hoping for both of them to end up together. :)

have always wanted serena and nate together..and think now that serena&dan just couldn't happen anymore, it would be perfect if the writers finally give the serena&nate relationship a chance..we knew that nate was in love with serena from the very beginning and serena, i believe, had feelings for him too, she just chose to walk away because of blair..now that blair and dan's moved on, there is no reason for serena and nate not to get together..i wish this happens finally next season and wouldn't mind if they happen to be the end game..

Anastasia53, I totally totally agree with you. Personally, I've always been a SereNate fan. I just love the whole concept of "childhood sweethearts" and "unrequited love" thing they have going on and i think it's been rather unfair that they havent really given SereNate a proper chance at all. So if Dan and Serena are over. For good. Then REJOICE.

thank you!! dan and serena were getting really annoying, boring and old real fast. they were cute in the beginning but now they are just plain annoying with the on-off thing.
Dan is so judgemental and such a big-a** hypocrite. he's always complaining about serena being this and that. he wants her to be the perfect girl he sees her as in his dreams when she's not perfect. He's never satisfied with her and he's just wrong for her; i mean srsly, you cant have the IT Girl with a boy from brooklyn. In the beginning I thought MAYBE it could work, but now its just like a big fat NO.
As for Serena, she needs to up a lot of things. She needs to find someone she can be herself with, someone who will accept all of her, someone who knows her inside and out, someone who will always be there for her even if she IS imperfect.
Dan and Serena's spark, which wasnt much for me personally, seems to have just died off after going on-off for like FOREVER, its become exhausting and boring to watch.
