yeah i agree with Ivy may be Blair is actually with Nate, but is imagining Chuck? If you notice both Chuck and Nate are wearing the same coloured suit.

Chuck and Nate are in different clothes. Plus Chuck has gifts and Nate doesn't. Probably she is kissing Nate goodbye and saying I FORGIVE YOU AND I LOVE YOU to Chuck. There is definitely more interaction between her and Chuck.
