DId anyone else get a kick out of Blair's facial expressions while she was looking at that piece of artwork at the Van Der Woodsen Co-op? I must say that Leighton is a wonderful actress.

Chuck's cute velour track suit with his collar sticking up underneath gave me goose bumps, even though for a second I don't believe him and Nate play basketball. Squash, tennis, golf, rugby, lacrosse - for sure. Basketball - too middle class for them.
3. Harder to believe: The distance between NYU and Columbia constituting a long-distance relationship, Lily and friends forking over cash in minutes in this economy, or any scene involving Vanessa?
Lily and Rufus aren't exactly playing the stock market or the lottery - I can hardly believe they would fork over checks to some dude they hardly know who is ten years older than their daughter whose IN HIGH SCHOOL! WAKE UP LILY!

It would be fun to see Chuck and Serena try and be sibs with Dan, but I think Rufus and Lily need to go through another huge storyline arc before they settle in domestic bliss. And hopefully not one that involves the stupid love child.

All I can say is- finally GG is fun to watch again! The 2nd half of season 2 has been a serious downer. I'm a big Chair fan but even if the aren't "together" their scenes add so much to the show. It's no coincidence, throw Chuck and Blair together (particularly in the back of that limo) and the show perks up! Great ep.
Paige, I loved her facial expressions there too (and elsewhere). Especially since that's kind of my opinion of most of the VdW art. That Prada piece drives me up a wall.

You know what? I’m sick and tired of Gabriel. It makes for an okay side plot as long as they don’t keep him around. He’s not really that hot. And Poppy’s hair is making me sick. Oh yeah, the question: they will be taken down.
This was an okay episode I guess. There wasn’t as much Chuck and Blair or as much of them being more into their relationship then I would have loved.
Nate is getting on my nerves. He always is but by interfering with Chair, it makes him extra hateful.
I really didn’t care about Serena-Gabriel-Poppy love/business triangle. They were boring. The only good thing that came out of it was that it kind of brought Chuck and Blair closer together and Blair and Nate further apart.
I find Dan, Jenny, Vanessa, Rufus, and Lily to be useless.
Georgina is back! I don’t know if I’m excited or horrified. Chuck and her seem to have a connection. Maybe that connection will make Blair jealous because she is in love with Chuck. Then again, I am also horrified because Georgina knows what Blair did to her last year and I saw how her face reacted when she found out Chuck came with Blair. She may be back for revenge.
As long as Chuck and Blair are talking and hopefully be doing a lot more than that in the near future I am good.
I really hope next week’s episode is better than this one because there wasn’t enough Chair for everyone.

All 3, Chuck Bass playing basket ball was a sight to behold and “OMJC” was a great start to bringing Georgina back.

I think the distance between NYU and Columbia was harder to believe. About Lily and friends forking over cash is believable especially considering how Bernie Madoff pulled it off for so many years, besides the amounts that each of these people invested were between $125,000 and $150,000 which though a big amount, is not going to wipe them out, except for poor Rufus.

Yes, he should propose to Lily, completely agree with Mister Meester, totally love those two together and this time round they should be able to make it work.

I think that it might not be a bad idea and she may actually realize that she much prefers Chuck, though I think that events will move fast enough and they may actually break up before the question of moving in even arises.

I think Rufus will lose his money simply because he’s the only one so far who has actually given Gabriel a check, maybe the gang and Georgina can smoke Gabriel out before the rest send in their checks. Serena will get her heart broken and may turn to Dan for some friendly comfort.
What's really weird is that sad excuse for a dress was designed by two girls (the creators of the line Vena Cava) who graduated from my school a few years ago. I had no idea that "cleavage baring undershirt" was actually popular enough to get on Gossip Girl.

I think the distance between NYU and Columbia was harder to believe. About Lily and friends forking over cash is believable especially considering how Bernie Madoff pulled it off for so many years, besides the amounts that each of these people invested were between $125,000 and $150,000 which though a big amount, is not going to wipe them out, except for poor Rufus.
4. Should Rufus propose to Lily?
Yes, he should propose to Lily, completely agree with Mister Meester, totally love those two together and this time round they should be able to make it work.
5. Should Blair move in with Nate?
I think that it might not be a bad idea and she may actually realize that she much prefers Chuck, though I think that events will move fast enough and they may actually break up before the question of moving in even arises.

I think Rufus will lose his money simply because he’s the only one so far who has actually given Gabriel a check, maybe the gang and Georgina can smoke Gabriel out before the rest send in their checks. Serena will get her heart broken and may turn to Dan for some friendly comfort.

What's really weird is that sad excuse for a dress was designed by two girls (the creators of the line Vena Cava) who graduated from my school a few years ago. I had no idea that "cleavage baring undershirt" was actually popular enough to get on Gossip Girl.
