I really love to see Nate being with Blair.. It just feels so sweet and innocent.. As Chuck and Blair is like too drama.. At first, i prefer chuck and blair, but after watching "the remains of J", i feel that Nate and Blair belong together! Blair was just too cute in that episode and i'm loving every second of it! I'm just tired of Blair plotting everything and failed and Serena gets it all.. So, "the remains of J" is really cool, it's like Serena plotting and Blair is just so innocent... Please! Have more innocent Blair episodes with Nate! They are like the core couple... Less drama, more sweetness!

I think the only person one can blame for the end of Nair should be Leighton Meester. Poor girl, she couldn't stand Chace's bad acting and asked the producers for an upgrade... with Ed of course! It's not "Blair" who looks silly and pathetic around Nate, it's Leighton who cannot endure CC's "pin-up boy" acting!
So, for the sake of Leighton, it should be Chuck&Blair all the way1

Chuck is one of the most interesting characters ever on tv. Flawed yes, but really captivating and amazing. He gives new meeaning to the words sexy and charming!
Ed is gorgeous and hot as hell as well and by far the best actor on GG, much better than this show deserves maybe.
King Chuck + Queen Blair = the only thing that could make sense in GG.

i was a huge CHAIR fan until i saw in "The Grandfather' and 'Remains of the J' how much potential nate and blair have to be a couple. in season 1, they were never given a chance because of the whole added drama with serena, plus i hated how nate was acting like a poor, rich boy. but that changed, nate began to appreciate what he has,and blair has finally realized that chuck wouldnt be there when it counts.
i mean, everybody liked chuck and blair because they were given a good storyline...( they were hot and sexy together, but do u really think is it enough to a real relationship??? ) and now that nate and blair are finally given one, i want it to be given a chance and see how things goes. that's when i can finally decide who should be together...not because little kids are screaming CHAIR, CHAIR!
decisions should be made in an unbiassed point of view--and that's something most of the fans cant understand. so, im just going to wait and see how the nate and blair story unfolds because they both have fantastic chemistry, they just werent given a good enough SL to be able to do that.
I read somewhere "whenever Chuck does something wrong, he gets blamed on and hated" .
That's because Nate hasn't done half of the shitty things Chuck has done, comparing Nate to Chuck, is like comparing Mandy Moore to Paris Hilton, sure maybe not to that extreme, but fuck. I think C has done more messy things than N(rapes Blair's friends Serena and Jenny, hooks up with random w omen, all the while claiming to love Blair. WHATEVER. At least Nate has shown signs of maturity this season. )…but he’s CHUCK BASS and he’s the BADGUY! This is why we started to love him, this is why he and blair couldn’t work more than 2 minutes...
With the exception of Catherine, Nate's been acting like a normal teenage boy. He hasn't holed himself in a brothel/opium den, didn't do lines off his deceased father's desk with a couple of hookers, and didn't repeatedly humiliate Blair. Did he mess up when he was with Blair, yes. Did he learn his lesson? I think so. He's trying to do right by everyone in this episode. Cleanly ending things with Vanessa before starting things with Blair. Not letting revenge be the catalyst for him and Blair. He gave her a storybook beginning, a kiss in the snow where they had their first kiss. Blair loves storybook/movie moments. Nate's the only guy to take the time to create one for her.
Chair is just a jerk and has shown no signs of improvement. They're constantly trying to outdo and get one up on each other and it ends up making them both miserable. Blair and Chuck are just Cruel Intentions caricatures when they're together. Their relationship is not realisitc. It isn't love, it's competition. Nate and Blair have more genuine moments together, and are a more realistic couple. Blair should be with Nate, who makes her happy, not to mention more mellow, and Chuck should be alone, which is how he thrives.

Yah, the recaps are really horrid. Avoid them at all costs.
And ew, Chuck/Ed is ugly. He has love handles, a gap in his teeth, he's too SHORT and dresses very gay. He's not charming. He boozes around with WHORES. There is NOTHING remotely attractive about him.

I just don't understand why people want Nate & Blair to be together so badly.... Chuck & Blair were totally, amazingly HOTTTT!!! He's right it was fireworks! I'm all for the Nair fans having their own opnions but I just don't see it... Chair is just heavenly

I would say that Blair-Serena-Dan share equal billing. They have the most air time. Serena and Dan are very main esp because of the intertwining storylines with their parents.
However, Blake gets more major attention than Leighton. I think it's because Blake is just more striking being blond and tall. Also, she is getting the best movie roles.

I dont understand the source's OC analogy. Seth and Summer had THE MOST BORING relationship EVER. They did NOT make any exciting storylines for them at all!
And then Ryan and Marisa were TIRED as well. It was a relief when they finally killed of Marisa's character. They should STOP making analogies of making GG relationships/stories similar to OC because that show sucked.

I USED TO BE A CHAIR FAN.. but after that chuck thing with VANESSA, IAM NO LONGER A FAN OF CHUCK. i realized that Blair deserves someone like Nate. He may have hurt Blair in the past but at least he didn't do it INTENTIONALLY. and nate apologized for what he did and admitted to blair that something happened between him and serena before nate and blair were about to have sex. all couples go through some kind of trouble but Nate has always been trying to save blair from getting into trouble and had always been sweet to her. he really loves her and not just LUSTING OVER HER. AND THAT WAS PROVEN WHEN HE DIDN'T SLEEP WITH BLAIR IN SEASON 2 EP. 20. but what chuck did, if you recall in season one, is intending to HURT BLAIR. COMPARING HER TO ONE OF HER DAD'S WHORES AND TRYING TO GET BACK AT HER by insulting her and driving her away. if he really loves her, then he wouldn't want to see her get hurt or DARE TO SLEEP WITH OTHER GIRLS! it's definitely not an excuse! he would always be a jerk because he can't help it because THAT'S JUST WHAT HE IS! maybe he does love blair but his feelings for her aren't as INTENSE because he can easily forget her by just sleeping around! BLAIR AND NATE ARE MEANT FOR EACH OTHER, ALWAYS HAVE, ALWAYS WILL.

The fighting between blair and chuck was somehow interesting i feel, and i was interesting to see how chuck and blair can get together and their relationship can last how long instead of the story about nate and blair. Actually chuck and blair are really cute when they're fight for something.

Wow, I have come to realise that all the Nair fans meet on this site! I just finished reading other threads and posts on other sites, and there is not a single (ok, maybe one or two) Nair fan, everyone is seriuosly pissed with the writers and want Chair. I can understand why people like Nair, but I can't understand why you think that what is happening now is good television. Let me explain: I personally love Chair, but I thought that their last encounters (e.g. Chuck meeting Blair at school for telling her that her and Nate have no fireworks, or vene the take me now scene) were very bad television. Their relationship has not been developed properly since Jack Bass appeared on the scene, and no matter how much I love their characters, the Elle SL and the Yale SL were simply lame. I don't like Nair now because their SL is so obviously bad written: the idea of them being together for comfort and need of security saddens me, and I don't watch tv for being sad! Why was Nate suddendly so cold with Vanessa? Why did Dorota, who clearly shipped Chuck, helped Nate? Why Nate had to ask Dorota which was Blair's favourite spot, for God's sake, you have been with the girl since you were 14, I could have told you that it was the duck's pond! Even if I can understand why Blair is suddendly so needy and childish, after everything that happened to her, I can't understand Nate at all. He even said to Vanessa "If you wanted to be more like Blair Waldorff, you've succeded". What was that? An insult? Not very nice on your new GF... So Nair is going to end, and the result will be people not watching the next four episodes because they can't stand Nair, maybe catching up with the dvds. If you don't believe me go and have a look at other threads. Stephanie had to do this interview to control the damage and reassure Chair fans that they are going to be together, but we are not so stupid: Steph, face it, you screwed it badly, even if Chair happens and you write an amazing season 3 the last 5 episodes of this season were just plainly boring. You could have put back Nair together in a nicer, more intersting way. Or not. Because, as Kirby stated so well, we are calling them Nair because they stink.

Okay.. Nate, well he's handsome and cute and way hot . . But its like - naturally - he's boring! . . . I LOVE CHUCK! And BLAIR TOGETHER! . . . They've got to end up together! THEY GOT TO! .. It will be sad if they don't .. And i hope there's good for dan and serena too ..

It's the first time I watch a teen drama and this because the 1st episode I ever watched was "Victor-Victrola". That scene at the back seat of the limo really made the difference for this show. This is why all this NB reunion stuff seems so boring now! We know what we can have with Chuck & Blair: sparks and fireworks! Isn't this what this show should be all about? "Cute-ish" NB is just ..... inadequate!
