Either Chace is incredibly humble in downplaying his "moves" - which supposedly stood up to hours of brutal dance auditions - or he's admitting he got the part on his looks and having scores of followers in the right demographic rather than his ability to convincingly pick up the torch from Kevin Bacon. Given that before Footloose I couldn't imagine Kevin Bacon dancing it up convincingly either, I guess I have to reserve final judgement - but I'm dubious.

I just don't see how they could update this and make it even half as good as the original!
