I saw the spoilers in you tube at 3:00 am on Monday and I couldn't stop watching them again and again (nevertheless I had a calculus test today-Monday-) I was ridiculously happy all day and couldn’t wait for clock to turn 8:00 pm I loved every moment of this episode and I watched it like 2 times!! I just loved how chuck Kept saying I LOVE YOU!!!!!! Best season final EVER!!GG is the besssssst:D Keep up the great work writers I’m officially your fan (unless you mess with my Chair:D)

As much as I don't deny enjoying this episode, it definitely wasn't a favourite of mine. I was waiting for the explosive Chuck and Blair reunion, but instead it felt like the writers were forced to cut back on giving the scene any real depth. Yes, it was sweet how Chuck went to all those places in Europe for Blair, and everything about the scene was suggesting a perfect ending (even Gossip Girl's voice was unusually nice), but I felt it was just a little too sweet. For one, Chuck quickly overlooked the Jack and Blair encounter as if it never happened.
Chuck and Blair are characters that have both had their dealings with the dark side, so I thought the scene would take on a more deeply emotional, heart wrenching ending to make any and every gossip girl fan alike cry - just the kind of atmosphere that was established when Chuck and Blair told each other they should wait, and when Chuck told Serena that he loved Blair etc., because quite frankly their love story won't be a sweet, smooth sailing one, and it never was to begin with. (More so, a passionate forbidden/impossible love undertone)
However, the writers did satisfy all Chair fans, and the Chair union was made. So for that I can't complain. I only look forward to more Chair moments, especially now that Chuck has said those 3 words and eight letters to Blair. I just hope that there won't be any long gaps between episodes. That was awful!!! I also look forward to seeing how Lily and Rufus's love child will be introduced into the Gossip Girl world, and if he'll date any of them. That is also very exciting, and one of the highlights of the episode in my opinion!! : )

omg, that was amazing.
definitely the best episode ever! chuck and blair forever, i cried in all chuck and blair scenes.
georgina&blair at NYU that will be interesting, and i also enjoyed the attempted takedown of gossip girl by serena(:
CANT WAIT FOR NEXT SEASON, come on august 31 :]

I didn't cry when Chuck said I love you too (and then said it again and again, yay!), but I cried during the "tell me you love me" scene. It was really well-acted out and you just KNOW he loved her then too, considering HE was crying!!!! All in all, it was a really great episode and I'm super excited for Season 3!!!! And I'm just praying that Chuck and Blair will stay together for at least mosttt of the season please!! They're so meant to be I love them!!!

I WONDER WHAT SCOTT HAS UP HIS SLEAVE? HE IS VERY SUSPICIOUS!AHHH BLAIR AND CHUCK! CUTEST THING EVER.. CHUCK SAID I LOVE YOU !

some stuff could of been better, but this episode was amazing!
i only wish the chair scene at the end could of gone longer...but as has been said here by a few others, its never been about how chuck says it, just that he'll say it...awww im still teary eyed!

It ended the way it should have ended. This season has been largely centered around Chuck and Blair. Closing it out with them ending high school and entering adulthood together, especially after the Nate arc ended because it wasn't meant to leave High School, is brilliant juxtaposition. Sorry Nair fans, I don't think they're ever going there again.
I'm not pissed about the Poppy arc getting shelved. Gossip Girl was always about how events effect the characters, not how characters effect events. The Poppy arc was done when Georgina turned bitch again, and it would be a waste of time to close it out on camera.
Love how Loki-like Gossip Girl is, too. She's always been a malevolent force, but going full on evil and punishing Serena for trying to put up a fight was a great way to contrive her following them to college.

Hmmm... mixed feelings. I loved it because how can you not love an episode with so much Chuck and Blair? I loved the cliffhangers: not Vanessa, but Georgina is the roommate! Serena's lost father, nobody guessed that was coming and why Carter was appearing. The new brother, cute and can cause some interesting drama. Already we see a little Vanessa-Scott potential?
On the other hand, I felt that we should have been having THESE storylines built up during all that junk about the men's club and scam artists. We should have had at least one or two juicy Blair/Chuck scenes in each episode, building up to this. One episode for "I'd rather be with Chuck even though I'm dating Nate," another for "Chuck turned me down because he thought I was still dating Nate, even though I wasn't!", another for "Chuck and I were about to get it on when I found out about Vanessa", followed by "Chuck and I were about to get it on when he found out about Jack," followed by "I told him how much I love him but he's still hurt about Jack and pulls away," and THEN finally we'd get the big deal finale. And the finale needed to be about 5 minutes long, not 1! See what I mean?
This spring season felt like walking in the desert for months and then suddenly being dunked in a pool. Refreshing at last, sure, but why so much all at once, after so little?
Anyway, I hope that Scott has most of his scenes with the young characters, because Rufus and Lily bore me. I can't WAIT for Georgina. If someone is going to cause trouble between Blair and Chuck, it should definitely be her. And dare I say it? DAN! Of course, I believe in Blair and Chuck for the long haul of the whole show. Married someday by the end of this thing or bust!
I'd like to see the Nelly Yuki character hang around and grow the heck up for a change. She has some dimension and potential that the other mean girls lack. She seemed oddly pleased by Blair's triumphant installation of Queen J, and I think it would be hilarious to see her actually make a play for Dan. Surprise us--have her come back newly elegant, the college version of Nelly! She's quite pretty under the giant glasses.
I'd like to see Georgina and Carter get together to wreak havoc. They don't even need a reason!
Anyway, I hope the writers get back on track for season 3 and deliver as we know they can. This felt like a train had been derailed and then was suddenly jerked back onto the tracks. A little crazy, but I like being back on track!

absolutely loved this episode.
my favorite part of course was the ending, chuck and blair are perfect. i can't wait to find out what happens with serena and her father. august come faster!

That finale was by far the best finale I have seen EVER. I am soooo happy about Chuck and Blair, I was screaming. This was definitely my favorite episode and I am sooo pumped for season 3.

I'm on the fence with this episode. They ultimately gave me what I wanted (Chuck and Blair) and a few things I was not expecting (Blair giving Jenny the crown), and the scene with Rufus and Lily, "I got it from Chucks room, so it has to be good." was well played. But it was poorly written and jumpy, I was expecting so much more from a season finale. I feel like the writers had the same problem I have when writing my final essays for school.

Serena will not go to Brown, I think ti iwll get messed up for her and she will end up in NYU, and blair will move in with Chuck because she will not live at NYU. As for Nate let him stay with V, they are actually cute together this episode. Good for you Little J she will be a great queen. Dan please you know G loves you and she did all that money chasing judt for Dan, he will end up with her. LOL and as for Lily and Rufus i also thim=nk she gets pregnant. Chuck and Blair what else can I say !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The end
