Chuck and Blair may have a few break ups but in the end they will end up together. Every show has to have a real core relationship for people to root for and they are it.
As for Leighton's comments about their relationship not working due to their personalities...they have evolved. Characters evolve over time. I think that Chuck and Blair have both softened up over time. Look at how Chuck offered to move if Jenny ever moved in with Lily. Look at how nice Blair ended up being to Jenny and helped her get queen. It's kind of like how Sebastian Valmont on Cruel Intentions changed.
As for excitement...I think the old Serena might come back. She might start partying hard at Brown. She'll stir up loads of drama. Scott will also stir stuff up. Let someone besides Chair bring the drama.
oh i wish they wouldn't break Chuck and Blair..i mean it'll just be the same as the other drama series where they're breaking up and getting back together again..i would love for the two of them to take down Georgina or for G to mess with B then C would come to the rescue..the producers and writers can stir up drama but hopefully not breaking B&C up..

I'm sorry, but for some reason this makes me really nervous. What I honestly would absolutely LOVE seeing next season is Chuck and Blair expressing their love for one another throughout the season, but meanwhile they both have intense struggles internally and with eachother because of all their problems, and fight constantly or whatever, as long as they end up coming together, unable to help it because they truly love eachother too much to really let go.

i mean, come on, chuck and blair are by far the most interesting characters in the show, and I know that they can continue this even if they are together. just because their past drama involved not being together does not mean that it always has to be this way. chair needs to stay together next season; they obviously love each other enough to do so. PLEASE KEEP THEM TOGETHER:) and please dont try to make us hate either one of the characters by making them do bad things to sabatoge their relationship so that we will be okay if they break up. ok about Georgina messing with Blair and Chuck's relationship I wonder what she is going to do that will stir up drama between them. I've waited so long for Chair to sort out their problems, so for the writers to stuff up their relationship would just cruel.
Yep I agree a little drama is needed in a relationship - but their relationship has been a whurlwind from day one. Can't there just be happiness for one little bit!?
I'm not feeling Leighton's blonde highlights - I know she is an original Blonde, but I have to admitt (being blonde myself), I think she looks soo much better dark brown; thank goodness she'll be returning to brunette asap! I've always wanted to have dark hair but with blue eyes and a pale face it just wouldn't suit.

Oh please... I think Serena brought more than enough drama this season. It was so annoying to watch her get into trouble in every second episode. I liked her a lot more at the beginning of season 1 when she was a bit calmer but not boring.
As for Chair... All the people who say Dan and Serena were boring as a couple... Do you think Blair and Chuck will be less annoying after some episodes? I think both characters were really exciting for themselves but the two of them in a relationship can‘t be both exciting and a couple at the same time, imo.

OMG. I love Chair.. And, I think Little J and Nate are so cute together. I loved it when they were together before, it was just amazing. As for Blair and Chuck, I think it would be great if it was like Lucas and Peyton on One Tree Hill.. Like they could still have drama but they can still be together. how is making chuck and blair make up and break up over and over not the most boring thing that could happen on the show? how is that people think the thing chair needs to not be boring is the same tired plot device used by every other tv show out there. including... gossip girl. remember dan and serena? they broke up and got back together how many times? and you are telling me the way to keep chuck and blair from being boring is to give them the same story arc as serena and dan? yeah, um, that sounds like the most boring idea of all.
also, the issue with nate and jenny is not the 2 year difference it's the 18 versus 16 difference. at 18 you are considered an adult. it is also illegal to have sex with someone who is under the age of 18. so if nate and jenny got together and had sex, nate would be breaking the law and could technically be convicted of statutory rape and go to prision. so that is a little messy.

oh god those people that post comments like dating sites please that is super annoying and what do you get out of posting them? seriously a dollar? who cares about that if you like it so much you go to that site and stay on it.
ok about Georgina messing with Blair and Chuck's relationship I wonder what she is going to do that will stir up drama between them. And I don't like Jenny and Nate together not because of the age it's just that to me I really never enjoyed seeing them together they don't actually click but I kind of think that they want to pair them up to keep Jenny in the story but then she can still be connected by dan, vanessa (ugh!), or her dad been with lily's fam. Either way can't wait!!!!

okay what's great about chair is all the drama.but the at same time their crazy about eachother their hot,sexy,sweet,funny like one of the best couples ever .but they should have a break up or 2 but i really want epic,intense,amazing moments and for them to end up marrying eachother or at least staying together for good when gg ends.i love chair. the best couple eveeeeeeeeeeeeer.i will really miss them this summer.and please writters don't screw it up let our favourite adorable couple be.

I've waited so long for Chair to sort out their problems, so for the writers to stuff up their relationship would just cruel.
Yep I agree a little drama is needed in a relationship - but their relationship has been a whurlwind from day one. Can't there just be happiness for one little bit!?
I'm not feeling Leighton's blonde highlights - I know she is an original Blonde, but I have to admitt (being blonde myself), I think she looks soo much better dark brown; thank goodness she'll be returning to brunette asap! I've always wanted to have dark hair but with blue eyes and a pale face it just wouldn't suit.

Oh please... I think Serena brought more than enough drama this season. It was so annoying to watch her get into trouble in every second episode. I liked her a lot more at the beginning of season 1 when she was a bit calmer but not boring.
As for Chair... All the people who say Dan and Serena were boring as a couple... Do you think Blair and Chuck will be less annoying after some episodes? I think both characters were really exciting for themselves but the two of them in a relationship can‘t be both exciting and a couple at the same time, imo.

OMG. I love Chair.. And, I think Little J and Nate are so cute together. I loved it when they were together before, it was just amazing. As for Blair and Chuck, I think it would be great if it was like Lucas and Peyton on One Tree Hill.. Like they could still have drama but they can still be together. I'm starting to dislike Serena.. the past two episodes she's been SO ANNOYING. ugh, and I love Georgina but if she messes with CHAIR, i will disown her. THANKS ;)

and as for blair and chuck (ahh)...obvo something bigs gna happen. what are they supposed to do?live happily ever after? sorry but would make the show suck. the reason everyone loves gossipgirl is coz there's so much drama and tension. i hope something BIG happens that will literally make me scream.
BUT. i LOVE chuck and blair together!!! they're so cute but something HUGE should definately happen

how is making chuck and blair make up and break up over and over not the most boring thing that could happen on the show? how is that people think the thing chair needs to not be boring is the same tired plot device used by every other tv show out there. including... gossip girl. remember dan and serena? they broke up and got back together how many times? and you are telling me the way to keep chuck and blair from being boring is to give them the same story arc as serena and dan? yeah, um, that sounds like the most boring idea of all.

also, the issue with nate and jenny is not the 2 year difference it's the 18 versus 16 difference. at 18 you are considered an adult. it is also illegal to have sex with someone who is under the age of 18. so if nate and jenny got together and had sex, nate would be breaking the law and could technically be convicted of statutory rape and go to prision. so that is a little messy.
