I live in Canada so I've already watched...but THANK GOD...really! I've invested myself so much in this show, it's not even funny...My husband said it was like and obssession and it was scaring him....but THANK GOD for Chuck and Blair!! Finally!!!!
The writers better not mess them up in season 3.....I'm almost not sure I want to watch Season 3 and just stay happy with the end of this season....we'll see.....

i know michelle t has a new show that got picked up but i really hope that she remains as a recurring character (if she can't be regular). it could be like sarah chalke when she was on himym. or maybe 'mercy' is going to be a mid-season pick-up so she can be in the first half of the season. i have't seen the episode yet but it seems weird that they would make a point of having her enroll in nyu and try to be blairs roommate, plus have a bunch of spoilers from various sources say we find out who blair's roommate will be if that plot is going nowhere.

Oh, I LOVED the Chair scenes! :D The last one was utterly sweet and seemed just very natural for Blair and Chuck. And the scene with the undressing -> oh so sexy :) I mean, come on, is there anyone else in Gossip Girl who could say "I worship it" the way Ed Westwick did AND pull it of :D?

I know what some of you mean about the last CB scene being too romantic or cutesey/perfect, I thought exactly the same thing when i first saw it . . . but then i remembered how chuck used to be sometimes with his father . . . like when he was showing him the victrola proposal and his face was all open and vulnerable . . . and he was just like that with blair in the last scene. so i don't think it's OOC for him, I think he just realized that he doesn't have to hide everything with blair anymore . . . so in the end i actually have to say that it was a really good scene. i just hope they can keep up the chemistry/sexual tension between them in season 3, otherwise they're going to wind up as just another boring couple.
just my thoughts ;)

GossipGirlfan forever: Gossip Girl is the FIRST show that has aired in Canada before the US. And honestly, the CW channel that we DO get (and only those with digital cable and/or satelete do get it) doesn't always come in! It's nice for once to watch GG and OTH on our own channels rather than having to rely on a station that does not always work and/or having to stream from surf the channel a day after.
Canadians deserve the upper hand once in a while :)
P.s.: Fab epi. def. satisfied with the Blair/Chuck hook up FINALLY!
