I really don´t know why the most of you don´t like the valley girls because I just really felt in love with it in the GG episode! It´s so amazing I liked the charaters after a few seconds, even serenas dad. And the idea with kirsten and jimmy I like either. I really hope that this serie will have a future because I think it has a great potential. I will defintily watch!
i think it woould'nt be too bad .. im sorta lookin forward to the rufus/lily storyline :)

I actually liked the flashbacks in last night's episode -- the regular part of the show was pretty boring in comparison. I do think, though, that the casting is off. They did such an amazing job on casting Gossip Girl with Caroline Lagerfelt, Kelly Rutherford and Blake Lively as mother/ daughter/ granddaughter that I expected more from them when it came to casting look-alikes for the flashback.
But, seriously? If nothing else then get Brittany Snow some colored contacts!!

Okay, this doesn't make sense. If Lily meets Rufus in the 90's, then when were all of the characters born? I mean if they were graduating now then they would have to be in 1990 or 1991. So how is it that Lily isn't meeting Rufus until the 90's?? Unless they have the show set in a later year. I don't think they thought this through.....
