At the recent CW upfronts presentation, the Gossip Girl cast dished on their characters and some of the drama we can expect in the upcoming third season.
Blake Lively, Leighton Meester, Jessica Szohr, Taylor Momsen, Chace Crawford and Penn Badgley all chatted about Gossip Girl, as well as their real lives.
A couple of fun facts:
- Leighton Meester is funny, chatty and all-around awesome.
- Blake Lively is in the process of getting her scuba license.
- Penn Badgley has no plans to marry his girl anytime soon.
- Chace Crawford's bangs are just as amazing in real life.

LOL! It is so funny when Leighton says "I'm going to NYU" and the corrects herself cause she really means Blair is going to NYU. The expression she has then is priceless. HaHaHa!
Anyone else thing she looks a little like Kate Winslet here?

Leighton and Blake don't act like they like each other very much, or is it just me? It seemed awkward with them. And Leighton looks WAY better as a brunette, I almost didn't even recognize her here.

OMG I just bought the same necklace Taylor is wearing at Maurices... wow, the small town mall actually carries something cool :-P. Though I'm sure hers is designed while mine cost twenty bucks :-p. Leighton looks so much better with dark hair and curls, she should really just keep her hair that way. Where's Ed???

Taylor Momsen sounds completely different.
I feel bad that the interviewer keeps directing questions at Blake and pretty much ignores Leighton. No one wants to know that much about getting a scuba license.
