The Teen Choice Awards are coming Monday, August 5, hosted by the Jonas Brothers.
In addition to teen favorites like the Twilight franchise, the Jonas Bros. themselves, Miley Cyrus and the High School Musical set, Gossip Girl and its smoking hot stars are nominated for an impressive 10 awards at the annual extravaganza.
Can our favorite stars win the big surfboards? Ultimately, it is your call, teens. If you are 13-19 you can cast your votes via the official site and be heard!

I'm sorry, but I am just really confused at how Chace Crawford and Penn Badgley are up for best actor, but Ed isn't. He is definitely a better actor than the other two combined.

Leigh = Best Actress
Blake = Hottie
Penn = Best Actor
Chace = Hottie.

Chace and Penn in the running for best actor? It's obvious, Penn is a better actor way deserved it than chace and since chace is being nominated in 2 categories, I will vote for him in hottie.
