She's a yoga nut and is crazy about all forms of exercise. I think she even takes Dan to a naked yoga class. She reads a lot, and I think Dan pretends to have read some of the same books as her to get in her good graces. It's totes going to be Dan, Chair fans don't have to worry!

They periodically include characters from the books like Aaron Marcus, and Cyrus but they usually change them quite a bit. So I'm guessing that this is the Bree from the books (cause if not it isn't the most common name, why would they pick it?)
Therefore I am going to say that she is indeed a love interest for Dan.
As for the person who said that Nate dated a girl named Bree in the books, that's not entirely true. In the Hamptons, his swim coaches wife practically sexually assaults him and he has a fling with a towny named Tawney. But ends things with her when he sees Blair with Marcus. Any other questions about the books, just ask. :)
i don't really agree that the writers are always trying to ruin chair. i just think they decided to make the journey for blair and chuck to find each other a long and dramatic one. i would guess bree is for dan. first of all, as some have said, they tend to take characters from the book and change them versus coming up with all new characters and i have a feeling they might focus on nate with vanessa or serena and try to tone down the man whore image a little.

definitely not chuck...he and blair just got together. it would make no sense for this character to break them up so soon. it's dan or nate cause they've both been having relationship problems for awhile now. probably dan because it looks like N and V are getting together over this camping trip of theirs.
