Kelly Rutherford Worried Ex Will Skip Town

Kelly Rutherford is apparently worried that her ex, Daniel Giersch, might leave the country with the couple's two children, Hermes and Helena.

In their custody war, Rutherford and her estranged hubby have agreed he will ante up his visa and visa application to her lawyer within a week.

The documents don't say why this is happening, but the application itself is telling - it seems Giersch may have plans to leave the United States, smack in the middle of their ongoing fight over their two-year-old son and newborn daughter.

Unhappy Marriage

Kelly Rutherford, Daniel Giersch and Hermes in happier times.

Intriguing, to say the least, and given the lengths these two have gone to in their ugly, public feud so far, we would not put it past the guy to try that.

Daniel Giersch is from Germany.

The reason being from Germany is important, is because Daniel Giersch may skip town with their son. Kelly Rutherford is afraid of this especially since not all laws in different countries are the same---the comment was not to be negative to the German people

Giulia, I'm from Europe too,so I can understand that we are really careful to every single word when checking out sentences from people abroad, but...I guess you've been a little too upset about the real meaning of the phrase.
I believe that the writer wanted just to be specific about the place where this husband came from, that's it, no innuendos or "all germans are like this man's behaviour" at all.
It was just for the record, and let's hope for childrens' sake that the whole story has a peaceful ending :-( ... XOXO

I'm European and I don't think it's fair to post that sentence at the end: "Daniel Giersch is from Germany".
    What's that supposed to mean?!
