XD Idk, I was reading a few people saying about "the 99.9% of the Leighton fans bash other actresses" blablabla... and Idk, talking about the actresses, not the characters which is totally diferent for me, I love them ALL. I'm more on the Leighton Team I guess, but seriously I can't see why people would bash the other girls. Blake is just GORGEOUS, really, she's like a real life Barbie doll, I love her as much as I loved Barbies as a girl lol... and her hair, gah, that's the thing I envy most about her, that hair even messy and whatever it just looks like from a Pantene comercial or something, that hair have magic powers seriously!! Seriously, I can't believe this is still waging back and forth. Yes, I think LM is a fantastic actress and I hate to see her going through this. Btw, I also really enjoy Blake Lively as well. I would hate to see any actress go through this. Something private was released publicly and I have to think ANYONE would hate that if it happened to them. That it is something that was made years ago, only makes it worse. Anyone makes a mistake, we're going to stone them now? This isn't something that she agreed to have publicly released, and that it happened is awful. As far as I know, LM has never bashed BL or JS, but you're going to revel in this? I've seen her praise both in interviews, actually. But y'all will play into the sexism and meanness of it, because some other fans (a minority actually of the LM fans, as far as I can tell) said something about an actress that you didn't like?
I understand that this is just a few people posting over and over probably with that attitude, and most fans of either LM or the other actresses probably are not in agreement with the attitudes.
As for being a role model...I'd rather have any future daughter I have take as a role model someone who managed to career by age 23 and deal with the publicity as well as LM (or BL for that matter) has than someone who is so sneeringly superior and nasty about someone who was a victim in a situation.

However, I have extreme pity for her. I'm sure that she doesn't

New pictures of Leighton leaving the Alexa Chung show are now online. I must say she looks different. The sextape must really changed her. She smiles to the camera but unsurely and not genuinely. Oh well, it sucks to be Leighton now- she'll never look carefree in public again like those pictures of her making cute faces on set and eating her lunch. I really don't think this will hit her as hard as many of you believe. Yes it may make things harder for her but this is a girl that has talent. I still enjoy watching her as Blair. I hope she can continue to portray Blair with as much zeist as before all this happen. Fame can change you, and unwanted fame can change you even more. I am just not that impressed with the actress Leighton. She always wanted to seem like a sexy California girl and insisting she is naturally blonde when it is obvious she is not. it's unfortunate that it's getting out during her big success. while i still support her career and will continue to watch gg (for CB), i can't help but feel a little different about her. i've always been impressed by her amazing acting, great interviews, and class in the public eye. she's very regal and down to earth. i can't help but see her differently because unless it was created without her consent, she decided to make the video. well, she hasn't made any public declaration about it but i believe she'll handle it gracefully.

I just saw the pictures whats different about her. Nice way to bash on her. So now if a girl has sex she cant show her playful personality. Wow. I hope her personality never change. As for the way that she eats and her facial expressions are taken when she is unaware. So you're telling me that she wait for the camera to hit her so she can give a cutesy pose. Now these discussions has turned delusional. The hate for this girl has reached such lengths that people are trying to find anything about her to hate. As for innocent This is a girl that swears like a sailor and is shone to be very confident in herself. Tell me where they said that she is innocent.

you know what after reading everybody pointing the finger at her. I want to know whose the prick in the video. I hope the site that posted the video put down the name of the guy. I am tired of only the female getting the brunt of the criticism. I'm sick of the double standards. Sue the bastard ass that is what I will do. I'm furious that someone could take advantage of a girl like that and the society that we live in allows it. Someone before posted how celebrities should have their rights to and I think they are right. I feel that if one of the person did not consent to their tape being leak then this tape should be taken down. you know it upsets me when people demean a young women who has proven to be human.

Wow, sexism on parade. She looks fine in the Alexa Chung thing. I think Link, you're projecting, because apparently you are gleefully ready to start the stoning of her. Love how little criticism there is of the guy who SOLD THE TAPE.
I'm still charmed by her, as are many other people. She's NEVER played up a vestal virgin image, or lectured others on behaviour as far as I know...so this isn't an issue of her looking like a hypocrite.
Uh...are sexually active women not allowed to eat lunch in your world, btw? I think, even after a sex tape, people are still allowed to make facial expressions.

I really don't think this will hit her as hard as many of you believe. Yes it may make things harder for her but this is a girl that has talent. You know what I cannot place her in this category as a slut because we don't know her sexual history to call her a slut. The tape is also described as playful with no intercourse whats so ever. The only reason why this will interest porn sites is because of her status on the show. I cannot believe people will look at her and call her a slut, what about all the people that watch rated R movie with their actresses nude. The scene with Hallie Barry was downright pornographic yet people praise the movie.

amen jaynie. when i have children i will tell them that i would much rather them make a mistake or use less than sound judgement and grow from that rather than be judgemental of other people, especially someone they don't personally know. my mother always emphasized that you should not judge others. she was right. if i was defined by every questionable choice i made versus every success i have had, i can't imagine. is that how you would want people to form an opinion of you? based on the mistakes you've made versus what you've done right?

I still enjoy watching her as Blair. I hope she can continue to portray Blair with as much zeist as before all this happen. Fame can change you, and unwanted fame can change you even more. I am just not that impressed with the actress Leighton. She always wanted to seem like a sexy California girl and insisting she is naturally blonde when it is obvious she is not. I just can't stand liers and people who can't see that they're fine the way they are. I think what everyone likes about Blair is that she is playfull and acts cute even wheh she is plotting total destruction of the competition. I forgot that she swears like a sailor. She never struck me as the type who would with her classy image and innocent demeanor. Maybe I associate her personality with Blair's personality but without the drama. I just get this image in the photos at the MTV event that she looks hardened and shy in front of the camera. When she waved at the paparrazi she waved with her hands over her face as if she wants to cover her face or she is reluctant about being seen. Its like she is forced to make an appearance. She doesn't look ready to step into the spotlight just yet. I know that I wouldn't want to go out for a month or three if it was my naked body all over the web for people to critique. She had to go out into the public eye after less than a week and do an interview on national TV no less. I guess her contract made her be oblige to do it even if she didn't want to.

it's unfortunate that it's getting out during her big success. while i still support her career and will continue to watch gg (for CB), i can't help but feel a little different about her. i've always been impressed by her amazing acting, great interviews, and class in the public eye. she's very regal and down to earth. i can't help but see her differently because unless it was created without her consent, she decided to make the video. well, she hasn't made any public declaration about it but i believe she'll handle it gracefully.
