Penn Badgley Channels the Werewolf Within
Gossip Girl star Penn Badgley attended the GQ magazine 40th anniversary celebration of the first moon landing on Wednesday night, rocking his off-season beard.
Penn, who made his feelings on a future career in music known this week, is also giving hirsute co-star Ed Westwick a run for his money with the chest hair:

Later that night, Penn joined his girlfriend (and fellow Gossip Girl cast member) Blake Lively for dinner at Five Points restaurant. The couple was joined by Blake’s Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants co-stars Amber Tamblyn and Alexis Bledel. Fun!

Penn is hot. I just hope his character gets more action next season - stop being so serious and being more funny, more of a player, more like Chuck!
