Here's a good one for you sleuths and spoiler nuts out there - and thank you so very much to the anonymous tipster who emailed this to us, Gossip Girl style!
We have no idea who took this (it may have been done on a camera phone), but check out what appears to be Rufus meeting Scott, his long-lost love child ...
As always, we can't verify what is really taking place when people send us set photos. But that looks like Matthew Settle and Chris Riggi to us. Our main question is, does Rufus Humphrey realize who he's talking to here, or is Scott's identity a mystery to him?
Theories and comments welcome!

haha that might be true neilly...is it just me or does rufus really good in that suit all clean shaving? looks like he is embracing his upperside roots now ;)

Well to be honest that doesn't even look like Rufus.
I mean really look at it =/ I would say 99.9 percent
sure that it's not him.

I hate this storyline already. Focus on the core characters, not their parents. I love Gossip Girl but i watch it for Blair, Chuck, Nate and Serena. What i do b/c i can't stand the other characters is i videotape the show and i fastforward all the boring parts which generally are Lily, Rufus, Jenny, Vanessa, etc.

it would be great if rufus and venassa hook up tho

I'm curious where the scene is set - looks like a fancy brunch or something... maybe related to the Vanessa hook-up teaser? Why else would he be at a UES 'event'?
BTW - I like having storylines with Rufus and Lily and the other parents because it helps explain a lot about the main characters choices and attitudes, and it helps draw a wider audience. I'm guessing a large number of viewers over 30 are watching it primarily on TV (including, according to Chace, his grandmother and her friends!) :)
