Ugh Tyra... why??
It would be fine if she was doing a cameo as herself (like Micheal Kors did during fashion week) but this is just lame. I like when they use real New York City people, like Tinsley Mortimer and Lydia Hearst, those actually made sense.
I would only approve this casting selection if Tyra plays a man, that's the only way, and that would actually be pretty hilarious.

I like Tyra but I agree with everyone that she doesn't really fit in with everyone else on the show. It's only for one episode so I don't think her character is going to be that important.

Omg! I can't stand Tyran Banks. Enough of her already. Plus, as it was pointed out before, she really doesn't fit at all in the cast. Why doesn't she stay with the boring talkshow?

OBV I wasn't around then but my sister has ever original ep on betamax and i've been watching them. Free up the air time wasted and bring back Gossip Girl: The Lily Van Der Woodsen Story. (i don't know the real name.:P)

I only hope that the writers at least have the dignity to make Tyra's character a parody of herself. Whichever route she take, the audience will still have to deal with her overacting and smiling with her eyes.
I feel like this is some kind of promotion instigated by the CW to merge GG & ANTM. But, seriously, they are both popular so what is the deal?

Why would the CW DO THIS Seriously, Your allowing the WORLD OF DISNEY (Hilary duff) to join the ranks of the big boys/GirlS and now even tyra... fine i'll watch the first ep of season 3 and if i hear BAD acting from DISNEY girl then that's it. Seriously Josh GET IT RIGHT. Don't cancel Gossip Girl: The Lily Van Der Woodsen Story. let it be... just finished season 2 in the uk

I love tyra and hilary but gg should stick to low key actors. The show is popular... They need to give 90210 the celebrity guest stars to boost their ratings.
