Gossip Girl Season 3 Premiere: Official Synopsis
The CW has released this brief summary of the September 14 Season Three premiere of Gossip Girl, "Reversals of Fortune." We've read plenty of spoilers and gossip, but these details are the first to be officially released by the network so far.

As the summer is drawing to a close, Blair (Leighton Meester) and Chuck (Ed Westwick) are madly in love and adjusting to their new “in a relationship” status, breaking all the traditional rules of dating as would be expected.
Serena (Blake Lively) returns from her European adventure with many secrets to hide and a complicated relationship with Carter Baizen (guest star Sebastian Stan).
Nate (Chace Crawford) returns from his travels with a mysterious brunette, Bree Buckley (guest star JoAnna Garcia, pictured below) in tow.
Rufus (Matthew Settle), Dan (Penn Badgley) and Jenny (Taylor Momsen) spent the summer in the Hamptons, adjusting to the van der Woodsens' glamorous lifestyle surprisingly faster than any of them expected.
Jessica Szohr also stars.
J. Miller Tobin directed the episode written by Joshua Safran.

Blair and Chuck are so sweet together. Vanessa is irrelevant, sorry Vanessa fans, and Blair can be just terrible, but that is way we love to see Chuck and Blair together, because they are so similar.

OMG just get rid of vanessa already GG, no one likes her - and the like 3 people who do im sure they wouldn't cry them to sleep if she DID leave.
I agree with Charlotte, Jessica is a terrible actress. She has no charisma and no likeablity factor. That's why everyone hates her! If you think about it, we should really like Vanessa - she's a "good person", its jessica's fault that we don't even see that side to vanessa.
Tbh, I'm so sick of her. They waste so much time on the show on her stupid character when we could be watching chuck and blair. Thats the reason why im so pissed. LOL

I think everyone hates Vanessa because she's dating Chuck IRL lol.
I never really cared for her from the start to be honest... I don't think she's an outstanding actress and the Vanessa/Chuck sleep thing was pretty lame..... (I know everyone is supposed to sleep with everyone else on this show but LITERALLY??!?!?!? Come on!)
Besides, V is a much better match for Nate, who's more down to earth and wanting the experience of life like she seems to.
And thank you to the person who pointed out that Nate went to travel with Vanessa, why is he returning with another chick?!?!?!
Can't wait for S03!!!

I love Jessica I hope this season they give her more storylines, I mean even if she just sits in scenes and doesn't speak it would be good enough she Hot! Hungarian and African American,what a combo!

Well,I was reading some coments and I couldn't stop laughing when I read that Vanessa has goals!I mean,really? I didn't notice!
Hmmm...just because you have a camera in your hand it doesn't make you a film maker...
Seriously,Blair has more goals than Vanessa would never dreamed to have!
and someone said that Blair just wants to be somebody's wife,from my point of view,Vanessa its the only female character chasing UES guys like it was all that matters...Nate,Chuck,now Scott...If they include another male character in the series Vanessa will definetely hook up with him!
Yes,I know,she has a lot of goals in her life...Sure...
And about Jessica,I have nothing against her,but she is a terrible actress,and I'm sure that if they had cast another actress,someone who would really know how to act,and could portray Vanessa properly-I mean,a girl who actually doesn't live in this UES world and have to deal with other problems in her life...Someone independent and full of personality...Well,Vanessa would be a kick ass girl!But Jessica is annoying and makes Vanessa the most inconsistent,and with no personality,character of the series,that's why her only reason to be on the show it's to cause trouble between the main characters,and appear in events that her presence makes no sense

Lol really come on that is so funny. We're innocent? but rude at the same time. Does that even make sense?
Anyways just please give us 5 minutes of the new season, please! give us more than the promo are giving us. Can't wait to see how everything going to work.
