i also don't offend easily but this is one of the most offensive threads i have read. i am not talking about people hoping that they don't write the character of chuck as bisexual because it would take the story in a different direction ad interfere with a couple they support. i hope they don't write it that way either - i like the chuck and blair dynamic a lot and i want to see it developed without contrived plot twists. i am offended by people's reactions to a guy kissing another guy and what that means to them. i can't believe how many "ew ew ew" and "disgusting" "i won't watch that" comments there are and how much "fear that chuck turns gay" (whatever 'turning gay' is supposed to be) is being expressed. it is homophobia and it is very offensive and depressing to see.

I have no probs at all with gays...if u wanna know I'm the biggest fan of Adam Lambert (yeah the gay American Idol runner up)But the problem here is, if you intend to make a character gay, then dont create the most romantic love life out of this character which is so well liked by hundrends of thousands of ppl out there!! I'm fine with Chuck kissing a guy if he does it for Blair and he still ends up with Blair in the end...and I have no prob at all if Ed Westwick plays as a gay character in another show, just not this one!!

Oh, no. We had Willow Rosenberg who turned out to be lesbian (or bi) in the middle of the show, destroying my favorite couple in the Buffyverse. Right now we have Chuck Bass, whose association with Blair is the coolest thing in Gossip Girl.

i can not believe how ignorant some of these comments are. first of all, people don't "turn gay" or "go gay" or catch gayness from kissing a guy or whatever other nonsense some of you seem to think. and cammie, you don't have anything against gay people, you just find it disgusting? that is the thing, if you start your sentence "i don't have anything against gay people but..." you probably do. i am totally with sasha fierce, people should worry less about chuck kissig a guy on gossip girl and more about their own stereotypes.
