Chuck just doesn't come out as gay. He's also completely different to dumb, greasy, monkey-loving Chuck in the books whom they all hate.

I don't think there's any need to worry - it's just the kind of deal Chuck and Blair would make, but this time Chuck's also doing it in Blair's best interests, so she can get the award or whatever it is.
What I'm interested in is what he's going to make her do in return...

You know what's kinda funny, in the sleepover episode in season 1 Kati and Isabel kissed as a trueth and dare, funny how no one seemed to have a problem with that our doubted their sexuality but now Chuck is kissing some guy to help Blair it makes him gay or bi right away, I don't know if anyone knows what gay is cause seriously you don't get it from one kiss,, esspecially if you have the amount of girls on you're sleeve that Chuck has. Cause Gay guys don't like girls, if you like both sex you're bi, so since we know Chuck likes girls he can't turn Gay.
And did some of you read the whole spoiler??
So take a seat, take a deep breath, reed the whole article, be open minded and relaxe, Chair will survive, they told us they would stay steady so chill.

this is the only way I see the rumoured 3some happening but HEEEYYYYY!!! it's Chuck freaking Bass - he CAN'T be gay! he's the ultimate womanizer. they've changed so many things from the books and they had to keep THIS one?! but, it's kinda romantic in a twisted way that he's willing to kiss a guy for Blair. I wonder if they'll show the kiss...

It's not like Blair wouldn't do it. In college she is a nobody who wants attention. She's using even her boyfriend to obtain it! If the guy in charge was straight she would have seduced him herself...I guess this way the storyline will just be more interesting, even if I would have liked to see jealous Chuck again ;)
