The 2009 Emmy Awards Sunday evening did not feature our favorite show nominated in any major categories, but Chuck and Blair were named the TV's #1 hottest couple during E!'s Emmy pre-show at least. Goooo Chair!
Also, the Gossip Girl cast's two leading ladies were on hand for the festivities, looking totally fabulous on the red carpet as you might expect.

I think blake were more like her character serena last night ..!! but leighton is just leighton .. I love leighton's dress more.. it is more classic .. she is not trying too hard to look hot like blake ..loool .. although I loved them both last night

Jade loves GG !! what are you talking about ! I think everbody has a taste of sth to love .. here are comparasion between dresses and looks and what looks better in the event .. as for me if I have to choose between them I would imediately goes to leighton .. I just don't lik blake's dress and her poses !! as simple as that !!!

Leighton got crazy with her make-up, abused it much? Blake really should separate herself from Serena, I used to go crazy over her bec. of the whole SereNate thing, but she wears the same kind of clothes everytime: low neckline, high slits, messy/ponytailed hair. :| I hate that I still like her even if I shouldn''t. :|

actually, the reason why they chose blake to play serena, is because blake already embodied the characteristics of serena.
even before gossip girl, blake was like this..glamorous and all.
its hard to choose btw. im gonna have to say draw.
Blake has the glamorous hollywood shiek with a touch of modern and classic classiness with an appeal that says, I'M A FIERCE AMERICAN GIRL!
Leighton on the other hand has a modern touch with a dress that doesn't aim to catch anyone's attention but is at the same time, a fashion statement that states "I'M LEIGHTON AND THAT'S ALL U NEED TO KNOW".

Blake's hair looks really light blonde there, but I gotta say I like Blake's dress better. The reason I don't like Leighton's dress is the way this fabric is on her shoulders.

leighton looks like a hot mess with all that make-up and greasy hair tendrils. blake, on the other hand, looks sleek and sexy. i feel people are voting for which actress they prefer and not necessarily which dress they like better...

i love leighton's dress better...why?..cause she doesn't have to show more skin to look sexy...blake is sexy,yes,so there is no need to show off more skin everytime she goes in public...although leighton's make up is hilarious...haha...too much is not good...
