Gossip Girl Spoilers: Chair Keeping it Hot
Here is a little piece of Chair news from TV Guide's spoiler column today.
Will you like it? Does it foretell bad things? Depends on how much you read into it, but we'd imagine that things are pretty much par for the course with Chair.
Here's an excerpt from the magazine's Q&A ...
Q: On Gossip Girl, Chuck and Blair's "games" are definitely going to end badly this season, aren't they?
A: It depends on how you define badly.
Will they enter a murder-suicide pact? Probably not. Will they break up? Oh, sure, probably several hundreds of times this season alone.
"It just gets crazy. They're like on and off, but it's hot," teases Leighton Meester.
Hot is good, right? Or is it? Discuss!

Leighton once said that she really likes Chair and is really rooting for them so I am sure she won't let anything bad happen to them.

chair were better off friends. of course they are hott, but where does it keep from getting predictable and boring?!? nates hott, but hes plot sucks.

OMG!!!!!!! i hope they don't become like dan and serena that was really really annoying and i love chuck and blair and i don't want them to become annoying....even though its like impossible for ed westwick to be annoying... but i really don't like the idea of them breaking up i mean i like that they'll fight and get over things in hot ways but not the fact that they'll break up and get back together because then you can just predict what'll happen next and that's not good!!! i hate the writers sometimes when it comes to chuck and blair:(

Am I the only one to feel that something is lost in Chair's relationship?? I mean...I have this feeling that seeing them pecking up all the time, with the exception of the almost boring hug(I don't want to seem stonecold, but it didn't move me particularly.. :-/),etc..& of course of the nice funny games at the beginning of S-3 isn't simply ENOUGH!!
I'm romantic too,don't get me wrong,but I don't want them to turn into another US clichè: as if when you've reached the hot spot..you've to slow done, & not to take the further step...that's frustrating,it means it's better to turn off & come back in S-5,6 perhaps, when the writers/CW production will allow a proper continuation/wedding of CB...I feel cheated, 'cause we will have just funny banters,antics, some other lip-kiss & stop...
I don't think another LIMO-SCENE would have ruin the atmosphere at all: 'cause they were pure hottness (& even younger!)in S-1...being not like another silly vane Nate & guest ep.girl, or Darena (goodie & friendly,it's ok)...
I wanted from them to be passionate & smart chick-in-tongue, but in this order, please...

Breaking up and getting back together again within a single episode, or one to the next, is okay with me. They are going to have a tempestuous relationship, one assumes. Whining and moping around like Dan and Serena did? Pathetic, that just can't happen to them.
Blair and Chuck are inherently interesting to watch, but they need to start meddling in other people's lives more vigorously. We also badly need a dangerous, wild plotline, preferably involving someone else. I think the writers suppose they have done this with Serena but... no. Not at all. Let's see Dan romance Hilary Duff, only to have her cheat on him with Nate. For a minute I thought Serena was actually going to hide out at Chuck's place after skipping out on Brown, and convince him not to tell Blair about it, only to have gossip girl break the news. We need some action, people.

Wtf? Seriously? We get all of these spoilers that Chuck and Blair ARE staying together throughout the season, and won't be breaking up, and that they are madly in love...and now THIS!? Ugh.
