In any case, get ready for Hilary Duff in the October 5 Gossip Girl episode.

As many of us know, Hilary Duff's character is assigned to be Vanessa Abrams' roommate at NYU. You can see their dorm room in the photo above.
Through Vanessa, Olivia gets to know Dan Humphrey.
She becomes attracted to Dan, and vica versa.
The twist? Dan is so out of touch with popular culture that he doesn't realize the girl he likes is a big movie star from Twilight-esque vampire films.
Pretty typical of Dan, actually.

yeah, i'm excited of olivia and dan. but i don't know if i like them together.
i don't like hilary duff as an actress, but maybe i like her character in gg... we will see.

I know many people don't like Hilary Duff, but i think she can act and she will do good on the show. Im interested in her plot line with Dan its not a boring one so it will be interesting to see her. I hope people warm up to her character. Also I'm tired of seeing comments saying she's fat, she's not fat she's healthy.

I'm sure she's a good actress but I don't think she's looking good like the other GG stars. I mean, she's supposed to be a big pop star, so she's supposed to be like very beautiful, right? Vanessa's not a super pop star and looks more fit and beautiful than Olivia, but it's ok, I like Hilary and I like Dan with any girl other than Serena :P

Im kinda waiting for the episode before i cast judgment, but I do sorta think everyone else is going to out-act her, and I just dont think she's gong to fit very well in GG. But she might prove me wrong.

I personally don't like Hil's acting skills but whatevs, i'll give it a shot. I just can't stand to see Dan and Olivia, I feel he needs to be with Serena or atleast experiment with a guy like in the book. But that's just me saying.

I'm exactly your opinion, couldn't have said it better. she just doesn't fit in there. i hope she's not there for a long time.. hilary duff is SO out!!!

I think Hilary's a good actress and with Penn they are fantastic!
