The title of tonight's episode, "Rufus Getting Married," pretty much says is all.
Or does it? Will Rufus really wed Lily, seen as an inevitability since the pilot?
Not if Georgina Sparks has anything to say about it.
She's pissed about Dan's infatuation with Olivia and is threatening to ruin everything if she doesn't get her way. She enlists Vanessa to help break them up.
Meanwhile, there's the lingering mysteries of Carter and Bree. How do they know each other? Will this connection come to a head at the wedding as well?
We've watched loads of previews and promos, browsed through the photo gallery and read spoilers galore for the episode. All we can do now is enjoy.

We find out what the deal is with Carter and Bree.
Bree/Nate end so I can get my fantasy triangle of Carter/Serena/Nate (hee!)
Georgina and Bree both cause havoc at the wedding but Rufus and Lily's wedding isn't completely ruined and they DO end up married.
Blair is over her obsession with being Queen and becomes the smart, multi-dimensional character she was the first 2 seasons instead of the comic relief filler she's been treated like so far this season.
Most especially I want some good character interaction:

Great VanderBass scenes - particularly between Eric and Chuck as well as Lily and Chuck.
Great Serena and Dan sibling chemistry type scenes - I really like them as friends.
Great Chuck and Blair scenes (as in sweet, funny, sparkly and/or sexy - give them all to me! ;-).
Great Carter and Serena scenes (as in sweet and/or sexy).
Great Dan and Blair scenes (as in funny, bitchy and sparkly).
Great besties scenes between Nate/Chuck, Serena/Blair, Eric/Jenny and Dan/Vanessa. The friendships are at the heart of this show (especially Serena/Blair.) and the show suffers when they're ignored.

I think Lilly and Rufus are NOT going to marry. That's just what everyone expects, much too obvious.
I mostly can't wait for the CB scene that's already been a sneak-peak. I just love that they talk about Carter :D :D

i'm sorry to the Duff fans but i just really don't like her acting. so perky and overly dramatic. i don't think ppl talk like that in everyday life. So i do hope that V and G will split Dan & Olivia up. So i don't have to see her anymore.

Uh, I'm looking for the first decent episode of season three. I'm looking for Blair to win SOMETHING occasionally. I'm looking for more character driven stuff and less guest stars.
