Last night's episode of Gossip Girl did not end well for Chuck and Blair, and the pair of promos for next week don't look good either. But rest assured, rock-solid sources promise, there's no gloom and doom on the horizon.
According to CW insiders via E! Online, despite last night's "Enough About Eve," Blair and Chuck are not going to be breaking up any time soon.
"The are far from over," one E! source is quoted as saying.
"I don't see them breaking up this season at all."
You may exhale, Chair fans. Breathe. Deeply.
Looks like Chair will be patching up its recent fight fairly quickly.
Amazingly, Chuck and Blair seem to be cemented as the show's core couple for the foreseeable future. As for other hot topics, such as Nate and Serena?
According to insiders, there's definitely something between Serenate in the works. However, spies say Blake Lively (S) was filming with another cutie Monday in NYC: Aaron Tveit, who plays Nate's cousin Tripp Vanderbilt.
"Serena and Tripp run into each other at the elevator of Chuck's Empire Hotel and end up taking the elevator together," the GG onlooker dished to E!.

I hate when Blair & Chuck have problems. Although I know it should not, it just totally ticks me off. I think they should just be the permanent happy couple for the show. The one part that is not screwed with. All the stupid fights that lead to breakups and new partners is getting old. Real life yeah it happens but who wants to watch shows that depress you. Plus the two are at their best together. The two are funnier and more entertaining together.

That pisses me off,'cause they're smokin'hot 2gether,it's a waste the way they've been portrayed these days...I regret their heyday, let's hope for the future! Even if I'm under the impression the writers know that they have a long way ahead,so, they need to slow them down,to make fans wait for the "hot&heavy" scenes...so typical American way, I hate when they do like that!! Let's surprise us,for once!! :-8) bye

We knew from the beginning that Chair would have their moments of intensity,issues,drama and chemistry above and beyond. I love them together but what makes them so hot to watch is that they both are stubborn and very much in love. Both of them accept each other for who they are and that is rare in a lot of relationships. Yes, they will mess up and hurt each other but they are still new to being a couple. It is sometimes easy to slip back into old patterns. Chair for the win............always!

I think Tripp is married, so I doubt Serena will help him cheat on his wife... doesn't seem like her style.
