Every Monday after Gossip Girl, we put up polls to gauge your reactions. It's not exactly scientific, but it sheds some light on which episodes are best received.
So far, through five episodes this season, last week's "Rufus Getting Married" was rated the best, by a whisker over "The Lost Boy" (the third episode this fall).
Both received a combined 84 percent of votes cast in either the "Awesome" or "Pretty Solid" categories, with last week's registering a bit higher in the former.
All five episodes so far in Season 3 have received consistently positive reviews. Below are the surveys' results so far (you can still vote) so you can take a look.
Incidentally, last season's ill-fated spinoff-starter, "Valley Girls," fared the poorest of any episode since we've done this, while the Season 2 finale rated highest.

I just have to say, i love how everyone hates on lily and rufus, and the episode about them did them best, haha I love it.

well I'm not exactly a fan of L and R but I dont hate them either...yet I do think ep 5 was the best ep so far this season along with ep 3 too!

In my opinion "The Lost Boy" was my favorite. Although Rufus getting married is a close second.

Could it be that eps 3 and 5 were the ones without Blair being bashed and punished left and right, and let her get her say occasionally? Not that I thought they were great, but I could agree that they were the best this season.

The more interesting number to me is the declining number of votes overall.

@BeccaBass i liked Valley Girls to i just wished they would have shown the past on a different episode, it was there prom. I wanted a full episode of that not just fading in and out.

thanks for showing this to us! i was kind of wondering how the votes were panning out.
it doesnt surprise me that the freshman did the worst becuase it was the episode of B's downfall and in a way it was a bad one for Chuck as well. Also, who wants to watch Dan and Georgie making out?!?!? lol - yuck!

I think the declining votes overall are indicative more of the fact that the older polls are still active even after the additional episodes air, whereas Rufus Getting Married was on only six days ago. Still, with 3,000+ votes we felt comfortable saying it was a good gauge of fan reaction.
