OMFG, hilary duff, just perfect. she can act and its going to be funny and sweet, wish she could stay forever.
gossip girl its going down, but this makes it good.

This clip looked like it was taken straight from some daytime soap. One word comes to mind. Stupid. Beginning with the foreground flowers camera transition to the fact that after 2 years of being paid Humphrey still won't take acting lessons. The worst thing is that f*cks like that go on for many years thinking they are great and improving, because no one close to them will tell them the truth, and when you have the kind of talent of Meester and Westwick around you and it still doesn't rub off on you, you are pretty much a lucky dud.
I don't even care to comment on the fluffy.

I actually like this - Dan and Olivia are shaping up to be a sweet and interesting match-up.
I don't see why everyone is being so negative about Hillary being on the show - sure, she may not be the best actress in the world - far from it - but neither is Chace or Blake.
Plus any screen time given to Hillary means less screen time for Jessica/Vanessa/the creature that must die!!

I think Hilary Duff's acting is so-so, well at least she's better than the one playing Scott. But I'm not looking forward to Dan-Olivia's story, it doesn't sound interesting to me.
I wish there'll be more season-1-like dramas, schemes and scandals. Gossip Girl isn't really Gossip Girl without her constantly sending out gossips and scandals. So far, the current episodes of season 3 made me fast-forward in almost every scene (yes, even Chair scenes, even though I'm a fan).

Yeah this scene just kind of reminded all viewers: "Hey- that's right. Dan and Olivia will have exactly the same dynamics as Dan and Serena..."
Good reasoning Dan, in going from a blonde socialite with a high profile to a blonde actress with a high profile.
Good thing he didn't end up going to Yale with a brain like that...

i've been looking 4ward to see dan/olivia since hilary confirmed that she's gonna be in the show. her acting is ok, as Olivia at least. Let's just enjoy how it turns out ppl.

I think that this is the first time that I'm not looking forward to see the actual episode after a sneak-peak. Honestly, I'm not impressed with Duff's acting skills (she actually made me think about Arron Rose), but wait and see, may be it's better in the epi :D. Hope, people, let's have some hope here ;D.

ANDEE? really you want chuck chuck and chuck? season two is all about him. give another character a chance, this show is not about chuck alone. I hate it when Chuck and Blair's fans is very close minded about other characters. grow up ok? Dan and olivia is refreshing, i think they're cute together. it's not like Carter and Serena which I think it's like chuck and Blair in season 1-2, that's a repeat plot. Dan and Nate bromance is cute too.

is it me or does it seem like the casting calls for this season were all put out for people with "little, no, or horrible acting abilities"....i'm sorry, i really wanted to like hillary, but she's a horrible actress :/
