Thank you Irish Gossip Girl! I KNEW something was wrong xD
Well, now I really want to see what's missing! I'm hoping those 5 minutes are huge in terms of drama, 'cause I agree with a lot of the comments here: I feel like GG is losing the tension it had in season 1 and 2!
I STILL LOVE IT THOUGH! It's still good TV to me and my favourite show ever, but when I think about, like 2x03 The Dark Knight or even 1x10 Hi Society, I just don't feel the same tension now...
Anyway, if anyone finds the bit missing, please post a comment with the link, for us poor European GG Fans!!!!!

The re-write of chuck and blair's relationship is making me crazy- since when is she a spoilt selfish brat and he is Old Father Time?!
Not so long ago he was telling Nate that he shouldnt want to change her, and now it seems like he doesnt understand her at all, and she is a constant source of frustration. She needs to get her mojo back and he needs to be reminded of how lucky he is and to stop telling her off for being herself. GRRR.

*all-around fun costumey Halloween speakeasy glamour, in true Gossip Girl style
but where is Georgina???
She needs to take time off from her nursing duties (on Mercy) and come back to the UES! Halloween probably is Georgie's favorite holiday! It is all about dressing up and pretending to be different people. Georgie would have had lots of fun crashing Chuck's party too.

i agree completely with everything pat says that last episode was so disappointing!
gg really needs to go back and spend more time on the characters friendships, since they dont go to school with each other anymore they seem to each be in their own little worlds! chuck, blair and serena are all one group, dan, olivia and nate are another and then they just stick in some jenny, eric and johnathon storyline to fill in the gaps. ps there should really be more johnathon, i no that johnathon nd eric are just small characters but i think they could be so much more they have great potental everyone loves them and they have they high school,gay element plus we need some new storylines the characters we have now need to get a bit more original! And there are so many storylines for johnaton nd eric that could be used but isnt i mean johnathon cheated on eric at one stage right nd they never really got into that nd wats goin on with the hole being excepted in school thing, they could do so much with E/J its kinda sad all the wasted plot lines that are just washed away! nd thats not just with E/J!
anyway why are chuck and nate not friends anymore i thought they made up nd i always loved their little conversations, thats wat im getting really annoyed about in the chair relationship is that chuck is just figureing out everything in his own head and not on screen wen we had the nate/chuck friendship we saw a lighter and funnyier chuck and we saw wat he was feeling about wat was goin on and how he came to the conclusion about wat he would do in the end! Nd i really miss chuck interacting with dan and vanessa and well everyone else he doesnt seem to talk to anyone except blair nd thats just sad he used to have such great insults and his absence from other peoples company has dwindled away his bad boy charm! the same to blair i loved the dan/blair moments BRING THEM BACK and i want blair to make more friends she could be close to vanessa despite my hatred for her maybe she could be funny with blair?? nd blair could definitaly have a frienamy thing with dan! Nd nate wat the fuck is he doing its like hes living threw dan and olivias relationship Dam boy go out and have a life (i no this coming from someone who instead of goin out is on the internet talking and reading about gg is slightly ironic but its gud advice non the less!) nd i do love the dan/nate scenes they are hilarious nd just the type of things i think gg needs more of but come on peeps try to mix around outside the circles your stuck in. And maybe if all the characters had a shared agenda so we could have one of those great group comidy moments, just main point of this message PLEASE CAN THE CHARACTERS TALK TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE ONCE AND A WHILE THEY ARE TO STUCK IN THEIR GROUPS ND ITS ANNOYIN plus more eric and johnation ohh nd give j a new storyline she has been havin the same stupid delema since the first episode let her get over it, give her a love interest( preferably one hot and not gay and goin out with eric this time, nd someone SHE ACTUALLY LIKES!) and make her slightly interesting!
And where is gossip girl gone i mean the show is called gg why is she not a main feature anymore??
Also we NEED more than anything else some HOT CHAIR SCENES! we NEED them! chuck was always better than nate because he could make Blairs blood boil nd they were always such a great couple because they were HOT!!! but no more, now they only have short kisses! WTF?? its chuck bass! we havent even seen the limosene lately never mind any hot sex scenes in the back! ps wat happened to the scarf I LOVED THE SCARF! we should bring back the scarf! chair has turned tame, PLEASE WRITERS MAKE THEM WILD AGAINN!

This was Weird. Seriously?, what happens with GG?, the whole thing with chuck and blair was confused, and she calling jack for help? after the problem in 2x24, chuck being angry but he forgive her so easy!, he deserves better!.
Blair is annoying me a lot!, the past chapter was chuck and now serena, ugh!
and oh god blair 2.0 jenny version. this is the same of season 1, come on writers! i feel sorry for eric, he is just the sweetest boy in the world.
oh! and rufus is extremely fun! he is a cool dad :)

Agreed null and Pats...I hate this rewrite of history and characters where Blair is the one who was at fault for everything that happened during season 2, and Chuck judges all the time. What the hell is this? Complete obliteration of the ship and Blair this season which doesn't make me want to ship something else. It makes me want to NOT WATCH THE SHOW.

very strange episode- whole chunks seem to happen off camera like blair got the flowers and next thing her and chuck have made up, cooked up a plan and are carrying it out? That's a big leap.
Didn't like any of their scenes together actually- really harsh what he said about her being difficult to trust- and not true- she has always had his best interests at heart apart from one slip up- who was the one who couldn't be trusted for the whole second season, how many times did he let her down?!!!!
As for everyone else- Like Dan and Olivia, Love to Hate Evil Jenny she will get her comeuppance, Nate- whatever, Serena- entertaining but the fight at the end was so contrived! And finally, Rufly- Love em!!!!

i just dont get why we have to see Hillary duff's porker body doing a love scene with Penn's character, and WE CHAIR FANS, get just a short smooch in the end? wth? not fair though even though I liked the episode but love just like, still it's not fair...

The Jack-thing?? really?? and Blair? forget the "you know that I don't trust you" in 2x14 or was it 2x15? well whatever..
I didn't understand anything about them getting the hotel raided. What are they going to do without 6 months without a liquor license??
That was the most stupid fight EVER in the history. Serena has forgiven Blair for faaar worst things than this. And she should understand that this is Chuck who is more important to her than her bff. We've already seen that!
Nate is becoming a filler character. I don't like it at all! But i liked the tension between him and S
I loved the Jenny, Erik & Jonathan storyline. But it doesn't mean that it made sense... didn't Jenny discover herself in season 2? now she's backstabbing her bff. She's the Queen, she makes the rules. It looks more like people is ruling over HER than she over THEM!
Rufus/Lily & Olivia/Dan. Cute but filler
And next episode doesn't look excting at all :|

I honestly think it was a major letdown. I read everyone's comments before seen the episode and was WOW it must have been AWESOME!

WTF is with Chuck & Blair? They're two different people! This writers are doing everything wrong! They need to get the old one ASAP! Season 1. PLEASE!
Chuck would never say that to Blair, about the trust issues being his problem to saying ILY! He knows her well and that would bring Blair down.

I agree all internet watchers I was just thinking how disjointed this episode was when I read everyones comments. Deffinately didn't see the egg throwing scene.
I am still miffed they didn't show us the Chair make up sex. I am beginning to feel GG this season could be summed up in one word 'cop-out'(or is that two)or maybe 'Lamo'. Obviously the taste of celebrity has made the actors less fame hungry:
Penn & Blake evidently don't want to 'spoil' their relationship by 'pretending' to be in a relationship.
Ed doesn't want to upset Jessica.
Leighton is concentrating on her singinging career.
Taylor is going through her awkward mid teen rebellious stage.
And as for Chace he is becoming 'The man who wasn't there.'
Gossip Girl I love you please give me some lovin back!!!
Next weeks episode looks blah blah blah.

Mimiee i think i watched it on the same site. It does seem to skip, but when i went back and rewatched it's like a massive chunk was edited out! Should there be clips of Blair telling Chick about the club and then ringing the cops? It seems like that is missing, and would explain a lot in the story if a scene like this actually existed.

Oh My effing Gossip Girl! Deep breaths, deep breaths, I think GG has finally come full circle and is back on top! This was classic GG, with it's the fast paced, ever changing plot line!
Chair were phenomennal! The guessing about their certainess, Blairs scheming, Jack Bass!!!!!!, Chuck reaffirming his feelings then finding out about B's plot, and the end with B saving Chucks bASS! Hahaha, these guys were scripted pefectly!
As for Serena wow! She actually does fit in in a working enviornment, taking a gamble behind KC's back, her plot with Oliva and Dan finished hilariously, and the brewing war between her and Blair!!!! So exciting! I'm glad to see a little tension mounting bewteen her and Nate; they'd better hurry with Serenate! I really hope they don't have a triangle with Tripp! He's married and didn't Serena sabotage him by tipping the Buckleys off about the photo? Nate + Serena forever!
Constance was back with a bang, i love Queen Jenny! All the high school bitchiness and plotting was perfect, exactly the right story for J. I hope she brings back the designing, maybe Lily and Rufus will cut her credit cards? And J will have to try and hide her thrift store shopping from the other mean girls?
I didn't even realise untill the end that Vanessa wasn't there! I only figured it out when Dan said she was at some gig. I've never hated Vanessa (unless she was with Nate) so its kind of weird admitting this, but GG doesn't need her! Maybe that's why the first few episodes of season 1 are so cherished? V doesn't provide any worthwhile plots. We love Upper East Siders, and Vanessa has zero interest in them, unlike Dan or Jenny whose plots revolve around the UES. And no Scott! (YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!)
Only thing wrong with the whole ep was that GG wasn't as involved, her spoilers are brilliant but they haven't happened properly in season 3. She could have tipped off about Jenny's prank on Jonathon, given the party away to Blair or maybe during the party could have blasted about the fake liqour licence? I want Kristen to physically appear on the series too and I hope they give her a Veronica Mars esque alter ego! VM was the best show on tv, before GG of course!
Still an amazing episode, can't wait to see more! Lady Gaga and the return of Bart Bass eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek!

I need help here! I'm watching the episode on the internet and I feel like there is a bit missing!
Like, the episode is only 37 minutes long, and they're usually 42!
So, could someone tell me if I'm wrong? I think I know where the hole is: in my version of the episode, after more than 25min, there is a scene where Rufus gives candy to "a fireman" an "officer" and "Lady Gaga", then Lily says "thank you to the concierge, and then, all of a sudden, there is some music and some NY shots, and the police is in Chuck's bar, and Blair's there already! but in the scene just before the one with Rufus, she was only getting dressed!
PLEASE HELP!

The episode was definately more on the line of GG original writing but they seriously need to ditch Duff! She is horrible and wrong for the show. I can't stand her on it and she is ruining it. Does anyone else feel this way???? Her squeaky voice, disney persona, and looks just do not fit in at all. It takes the show down a notch or two and makes it to kiddie :(

Worst. Shit. Ever.
Chuck didn't say ILU because he can't TRUST Blair? Uh, that's not what was going on last season. This was even more insulting than in episode 4 where they played up Blair's season long torture to get Chuck as some sort of thing that she deserved to get the great Chuck Bass.
This isn't Chuck. It isn't Blair. It is sexism, unsettling and gross. Blair calling JACK was sabotage. Add it to the list.

liked the episode but still fell like we were missing the hotness that makes up Chair!!! Blair spent all last season in her lingerie trying to seduce Chuck and we can barely get a passionate kiss between the 2 of them now??? GG is missing the scandal that it had in previous seasons.
and what happened to Chuck Bass not being Chuck Bass without Blair???? wouldn't he want her scheming for him? isn't that why he loves her? and i thought the whole "this is why it took me so long to say i love you" thing was a low blow. it even hurt my feelings!

was there a missing scene from last night's episode? I live in Europe so I watch GG on the internet and the episode was only 37minutes long. right after the scene with Rufus giving candy to the kids (with the little Lady Gaga) it skipped to the scene where the cops took all the liquor from the bar. I think the mising scene must've been the mean girls doing sth to Eric and Johnathan. someone fill me in plz?
