I'm a C/B fan and I loved that they made up, but the episode was one of my least favorite. And the promo for next week looks annoying. I'm so sick of the same S/B fight happening over and over again. Okay and that whole comment S made about her boss/b? Um everyone on the show is a bitch, S just doesn't own up to it like Blair. I'm so sick of Serena getting the same story line where she gets all the attention and never admits she does anything wrong. Also I loved when Carter was here because she finally started to act more mature. Now he's gone and it's back to square one! Every other character has grown, but her and you can't say it's just a phase because she's gone through the same one a hundred times now! Also she's just jumping on this fake dating thing, what happened to the Carter she was in such distress about when he was leaving? Now that he left, and did the mature thing, just a few days later she's ready to go out with a famous guy? I just dislike S's character more and more each season. I mean Dan is growing by not trying to be so judgemental, in the last episode even V finally aknowledged she did something wrong too and was acting just like B to get what she wanted, I'm loving Nate more with each episode, Chuck has clearly grown from season 1 along with B (Plus they are the way they are, but unlike Serena they own up to it). And Eric is the most kind hearted person on the show which is why Jenny is annoying me again. She's like Serena where they do the same things over and over again and never learn!

and ya, i wanted to see chuck and blair make up!!! i thought he'd be mad at her like the whole episode at least till the end so it was weird to see them together at the beginning...they could have made their 'distrust stage' last a little longer...but yes i think this was a better episode than some of the others have been...

Question! How would a minor even think he was going to successfully get a liquor license? I know these kids are privileged and whatnot, but I think that's almost drawing the line. Of course, I probably missed something there. (And yes, I know the one he got was fake)
Also, I was pretty sad at the end when Jenny was throwing away all her clothes and sewing machine. She's really taken a turn for the worst.

hmm i thought it was good, but still lacked the gossip girlness i fell in love with that was in season 1 and 2...i think the combination of the changed setting (no more private schools...) and the change in everyone's personalities (they are adults now too...it was much more entertaining to see high schoolers doing all of this stuff...and all of their personalities are so different now...) is too much and has made this show unrecognizable...
chuck: so sweet and smart but lacks his old bad boy charm!!
blair: oh. my. gosh. when will she learn to stop being so immature and conniving? its getting old. i used to love blair but now she's annoying!
serena: only character that seems somewhat familiar to me!
eric: poor guy! im on his side!
jenny: disappointing. she really cares more about her queen status than her best friend? i have no respect for her anymore. shes made the wrong decision too many times. :(
nate: that was a short cameo!
olivia and dan: olivias annoying. but dan is ok.
that whole rufus/lily halloween thing was lame too!
and dorota's scene (pedicure) was so lame!!! but it was funny when blair was playing chess w/ her while she was sweeping!
i think we all just liked them better when they were kids doing all of this stuff. they were young, but mature for their age, and it was fun to watch the 'elite' of the upper east side live their young, priveleged lives. now they are adults, and the whole 'elite' idea is kind of gone, and its just kind of over :( its sad and i hope they find some way to salvage gossip girl!!
and i wish chuck and blair would've had a hotter scene, all we've seen so far are little kisses, its kind of lame since seasons 1 and 2 were full of great chair scenes.
next week's promo was weird too...but we'll see!

It was truly an amazing episode... Gossip Girl's back in full force I can honestly stop walking on egg shell!
But Serena line "He can forgive you but I can't?" WTF Like at the end of the day Blair help your career. So honestly don't get prissy S.

OMG, BEST EPISODE OF THE SEASON. FINALLY CHAIR BEING THE CHAIR WE LOVE, THE DRAMA, THE PLOTTING, THE KISSES NOT BEING ONLY PICKS. LOVE IT. WELCOME BACK GG.

OMG...this way by far the best episode so far. Crazy how Jack Bass kinda-sort-of made a return. Love that Blair and Serena are on the verge of being frenemies...makes for great tv....and I can't wait for the Serenate hookup....I think it may happen soon.
And the whole Jenney converting back to the dark side....Love it!!!

HOLY JESUS! That was amazing, the drama, chair moments, back stabbing & Serenas cleavage were all there. Loved it. I just wish they would have showed Chuck forgiving Blair, they just skipped the whole thing! Poor Erik & Johnathan! He looked so upset! Jenny's becoming such a bitch! Ugh. NO VANESSA HOW AMAZING IS THAT! :D Favorite Episode so far! Loved it!
